Beachfront 3 bedroom house located in Hatillo, Puerto Rico. 3bed/1 bath ocean/beach front home. Recently renovated kitchen with new applances and dishwasher. Excellent for sunbathing, fishing and surfin. Well located, accessible to North Shopping Center, restaurants, pubs, childrens playground and exercise park. Close to Sardinera beach, Malls, Arecibo Observatory, Christopher Columbus Monument, Camuy Caves, Restaurants, children s park and many others. Super Walmart and Sam's is 5 minutes by car with anything you may need and is open 24 hrs. 7 days a week. It s located within minutes from the main road, which would take you to the many landmarks.
You will enjoy breathtaking sunsets and from the front porch you'll have spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean. Eat and drink surrounded by the sound of crashing waves.

Slept with the windows open every night and listen to the wave crashing on the shores. The trade wind kept the house cool.

Beautiful and convenient location with an excellent and helpful host. Myrta was fantastic - she helped me navigate when my phone coverage was spotty and was always there to answer questions. The beach is beautiful, with a protected pool formed by a rock wall that allows you to swim comfortably, and safely even when the waves are crashing with rip currents beyond the rocks. The shower is quirky and there is no dishwasher - these are helpful things to know about the home. We had no troubles once we figured out the shower.

Our beach house

Beautiful views. The land lady lives in the house while not rented. There were many of her things everywhere. To include the kitchen. The garage had too many car parts and stuff. We could not open the car doors. We parked on the street. The floor and shower needed cleaning. I swept the floor because of the sand. Everything metal was rusted because of the salt. The landlady was very nice. Could not conect to internet. We had a good time. The rooms were very cool.

This is not a premiere host SCAM!! Only ac in 2 bedrooms whole entire house is hot and dirty with dust, spiders and floor filthy. No closet space all the owners belongings took up space. No hot water at all and only a couple outlets worked. On arrival no refrigerator my husband had to help. In the third day no water at all. We had to leave. Host said she will refund our stay and has not. Red ants cover the front of the property I am heart broken we planned this for my daughter’s birthday.

Lovely property with the ocean outside your door. Family beach just minutes away, Sardinera Beach had calm, warm waters. The house was central to all restaurants and stores.

front house surrounded by a children's park within four houses from my house, an adults exercise park and the beach where you could sun bathed, surf, fishing and for the children, there are puddles of water where they could play and swim.
