You get the best of both worlds in this neighborhood that is quiet and near highway #2 full of restaurants, bars, shopping and beautiful beaches with a spacious backyard which has over 12 local fruit and vegetable trees like dragon fruit, papaya, mango, coconuts, banana, avocado, plantain, prickly pear, pigeon peas and more! Heading to the beach? Feel free to use the cooler, towels and beach chairs!
This single-family ranch style house has an open concept with a fully equipped kitchen that has ceiling fans and has air-conditioning, the master bedroom has a queen size bed & full bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a full-size bed and Bedroom #3 has a full-size bed and twin bunk beds. The Laundry room is off the garage with a half bathroom. Easy check in and out!
