The Space:
Coco Chalet is a spacious 3 bedrooms 2 baths colonial modern-style beach house located in beautiful Camuy, Puerto Rico. The large villa is directly on the beach of Peñón Brusi. This beach is perfect for families and those looking to have a relaxing beach day.
Coco Chalet includes a washer and dryer and features a stunning state-of-the-art pool (not heated), terrace, and deck. It is also walking distance from delicious restaurants, kiosks, bakeries, boardwalk, bars & nightlife. Located right in the heart of Camuy!

LIVING AREA AND KITCHEN
Enter Coco Chalet to an open concept grand room with a stunning wood ceiling, a state-of-the-art kitchen, a large sectional sofa, a dining table for 6, and smart TV - all with gorgeous ocean views. The living room also has AC!
Alongside the grand room is the fully equipped kitchen with dark wood cabinets, a quartz countertop, beautiful brass handles, and a stunning kitchen island that can sit and entertain up to 4 guests. Features a full-size fridge with a freezer, microwave, stove, oven, farm style sink. Outside the grand room, you'll find the private pool and beachfront terrace with an additional lounge area, a hammock, BBQ (gas grill), and a gate that opens directly to the sand.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Coco Chalet can accommodate up to 8 guests in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Master bedroom has a queen bed, a private bathroom, and a terrace/deck overlooking the beach. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has 2 bunk beds with 4 twin beds. The second and third bedrooms share a full bathroom in the hallway that also serves as the common area bathroom. All bedrooms have A/C units.
PACK AND PLAY (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY): We can leave a complimentary Pack and Play at the property upon request. This should be requested upon booking or no later than 5 days before arrival. Pack and Plays are subject to availability.
LOCATION
This spacious beach house is located in Camuy, Puerto Rico. Well known among locals for its excellent location and world-class beach.
There are many things to do in the surrounding areas, here are our top picks:
Explore the local culinary scene with everything from local Puerto Rican food to excellent Italian and Asian options.
Go explore the Río Camuy Park. It is the third-largest cavern system in the world, with a flowing underground river.
Chill at the beach. Coco Chalet is located right on Playa Peñon Brusi, which is loved for its golden sand and shallow pools. You also have Los Pinos Beach a short walk away.
Day trip to Jobos Beach, Isabela. Jobos Beach is a 20 minute drive away and offers surfing classes, great culinary options, and nightlife.
GETTING AROUND & PARKING
The property includes parking space for up to three (3) vehicles.
Renting a car is a must when staying in Camuy. You will need it to move around to nearby restaurants and shops as well as to explore the rest of the island.

STARTER AMENITIES
At West Indies Vacation Rentals, we strive to provide top-notch amenities, ensuring our guests feel at home during their stay.
All properties come with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 2 bath towels per guest and 1 beach/pool towel per guest.
We provide a set of disposable essentials to help you get your vacation started comfortably. These include:
- 1 set of hotel-size soap and shampoo (per bathroom)
- 3 garbage bags
- 1 roll of paper towels
- 2 rolls of toilet paper (per bathroom)
- 1 dish soap
- 1 dish sponge
- A small amount of laundry detergent
Please note that we do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is the guest’s responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock any additional items needed for the duration of the stay.
Most properties also include at least 2 beach chairs and an ice cooler. You may reach out to us 5 days before arrival for confirmation.
HOUSE RULES
RENTAL AGREEMENT: All bookings require a signed Short-Term Rental Agreement, which will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation. Guests must upload a valid photo ID (no selfies) that matches the name on the credit card used for the booking. The agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking or prior to entering the property, whichever comes first. Check-in instructions will not be provided until the agreement is completed.
NO SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged if this rule is violated.
NO PETS: While we are pet lovers, pets are not permitted at the property at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if this rule is violated, and guests may be asked to leave the property.
QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise during these hours out of respect for nearby residents/neighbors.
UTILITIES (WATER & ELECTRICITY): In the event of an interruption to water or electrical service, the host is not responsible for hotel, alternate lodging, or transportation expenses. If service is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests may cancel the reservation and request a refund for unused nights only. Nights already used are non-refundable.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum occupancy is 8 adults/children at all times, including visitors.
OCCUPANCY ENFORCEMENT: Occupancy limits are strictly enforced. Exceeding the maximum occupancy may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation or removal from the property without refund.
TOWELS & LINENS: Towels and linens are provided for normal use only. Please do not use them for cleaning or allow them to be stained with food, grease, or other substances. Charges may apply for damaged or stained items.
TOWEL HANGING: Please do not hang towels or any other items to dry in areas visible from outside the unit. A $100 community fine may apply if this rule is violated.
SUBLETTING: Subletting or re-renting the property is not permitted.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and since this is a self-check-in unit, you can arrive anytime after that.
If you’d like to check in earlier, please contact us the day before your arrival, and we’ll confirm availability. When possible, early check-in typically starts around 11:00 AM. Please note that early check-in is subject to availability and depends on our cleaning schedule.
If you need a guaranteed early check-in, you will need to book from the night prior to ensure the property is ready upon your arrival.
Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. For late check-out requests, please reach out the day before your departure, and we’ll be happy to check availability for you.
TRAVEL INSURANCE / HURRICANE SEASON
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance, not only during the peak months of Hurricane Season (July to October) but also throughout the year to cover unexpected events such as travel delays, pandemics, or other unforeseen issues.
Travel insurance is inexpensive and can reimburse travelers for most expenses associated with canceling travel outside of the cancellation window; however, coverage will depend on the policy purchased. Make sure to review and understand the options before purchase.
