As you step into the bathroom, relaxation awaits. The shower, equipped with a water softener, promises a rejuvenating experience, transforming each moment into a soothing escape.

A Roku TV, a comforting ceiling fan, and the luxury of air conditioning, for the entire property, envelop you in a perfect climate, ensuring your moments of relaxation are as captivating as they are comfortable. In the winter, when temperatures drop, we invite you to embrace the crisp mountain air of Lares and its chilly charm. For your added comfort, a space heater with a fireplace imitation in the living room provides a cozy atmosphere that perfectly complements the natural freshness of the surroundings.

The kitchen, a culinary haven, is equipped with a dining area, stove with an oven, and a full-sized refrigerator – an invitation to culinary delights and shared moments of joy. At the property entrance, there's a camper available for rent, expanding your group capacity to 6 guests. If not rented by your party, this area is off-limits and can be rented by other guests.

Rain is common on this area. We make the most of it.

If guests choose to explore the river and the river ponds, they do so at their own risk. Owners, employees, managers, or service providers are not liable for accidents. Please be mindful that the river, while a source of enjoyment, may pose inherent risks.

We are located in the country, bugs and animals are normal. We have monthly professional extermination service, however, some insects can be more resistant than others. Keep this is mind before booking.
