Apartment seawall promenade facing the sea for 5 people on the second floor with elevators.
Many restaurants and shops nearby, supervised swimming in the summer, very pretty resort to discover.

A large room with bed 2 places (new mattress) + a cabin in the same room with bed bz 1 place.
1 folding cot with built-exchange plan.
Living-dining room with sofa bed two places.
TV, wifi (code displayed on the shelf of the TV)
Bathroom with bath, w-c separated.

Bel appartement en front de mer, propre et équipé. Un peu dommage pour les fenêtres et les volets cassés, mais c’était dû à une tempête la propriétaire avait pris le temps de me prévenir que ce ne serait pas encore réparé pour notre séjour.

Umfassend ausgestattete Wohung, einzigartige Lage

Diese Wohnung ist etwas Besonderes. Sie ist umfassend ausgestattet, vor allem aber liegt sie direkt an der Promenade, der Blick geht aus mehreren bodentiefen Fenstern direkt aufs Meer. Bei Wünschen und Fragen reagieren die Vermieter zeitnah und entgegenkommend. Eine klare Empfehlung!

Grandiose Lage

Die Ferienwohnung im zweiten Stock, als Eckwohnung, hat eine grandiose Lage mit spektakulären Blick. Wir hatten leider schlechtes Wetter, aber dank dieser Lage konnten wir trotzdem den Blick auf das Meer die ganze Zeit genießen. Die Wohnung selber war sauber und ordentlich, ist allerdings in einigen Punkten schon in die Jahre gekommen. Das Sofa ist sehr abgesetzt, das kleine Bett durch gelegen. Bad und WC sowie Küche optisch veraltet. Die Herdplatten funktionieren nur eingeschränkt. Das war aber alles nicht schlimm und kennt man auch aus anderen Ferienwohnungen. Wirklich gestört hat uns nur die mangelnde Lüftungsmöglichkeit im Schlafzimmer, da das Fenster defekt war. Darauf hatte unser Gastgeber uns ein paar Tage vorher hingewiesen und sich für die Unannehmlichkeit entschuldigt. Die restliche Wohnung ließ sich gut lüften, durch den Wohnungsschnitt zieht die Luft allerdings nicht durch Schlafzimmer. Dass kein Parkplatz zum Haus gehört, war kein Problem. Direkt vor der Haustür kann man zum ein- und ausladen parken und kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es auf der anderen Flussseite, zu Fuß keine 10 Minuten. Also alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden die Wohnung auch noch mal buchen, dann aber nur mit intakten Schlafzimmerfenster.

L'appartement est très bien situé, la vue sur la mer est juste époustouflante. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour : livres, jeux, appareils électroménager, couettes, chariot pour les courses, nécessaires de cuisine...il y a même des serviettes hygiénique dans la salle de bain, attention très bienveillante qui fait plaisir aux femmes. Les instructions sont plus que claires, propriétaire disponibles et joignables. Une perle à louer pour se ressourcer.

Spektakuläre Lage!

Nette kleine Wohnung, sauber, praktisch eingerichtet, mit fantastischem Blick aufs Meer und sogar bis rüber zur englischen Küste. Das Haus insgesamt ist recht hellhörig, das hat aber mit der Wohnung selbst nichts zu tun. Tolle Restaurants, eine belebte Promenade, das Meer, die Gezeiten, alles direkt vor der Haustür, einfach super! Auch der Ort selbst ist auf Touristen eingestellt und sehr sympathisch. Sandrine, die Vermieterin, ist unkompliziert und kommunikativ, das war alles total problemlos. Gerne wieder!

Wunderschöner Ausblick im historischen Gebäude

Un appartement très sympathique, bien équipé et propre et surtout hyper bien situé avec une vue magnifique!! Et même les parties communes sont belles.. c’est dire! Seul petit bémol si on doit en trouver un, l’absence de parking gratuit à proximité mais en marchant quelques centaines de mètres on finit par trouver (et ce n’est pas propre à l’appartement mais à la ville de Wimereux…)
