Location! Location! Location! Newly Remodeled inside and out! This charming beach Cottage is situated on a very tranquil street lined with beautiful enchanting oak and palm trees, one block to the beach and the renown Crab Trap & Crabdaddys restaurants. It is a short walk to the St. Simons Island Pier as well as the Old Coast Guard station and East Beach.

This unique Cottage has just been renovated and redecorated with fine art and features beautiful shiplap walls as well as exposed wood beams and new floors throughout! The kitchen has been overhauled and features quartz countertops and an Italian farm house sink.

The living room features a brand new wall mounted 50" flat screen smart TV and ample seating for all. Outside of the living room is a deck for relaxing and hearing the ocean breeze.

The unit boasts two bedrooms with one king sized bed and the other being a queen with generous sized closets. In between the two bedrooms is a full bathroom as well as a laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer and plenty of shelving space.

The unit is a very very short walk to Myrtle Street Beach & King and Prince!

Amazing location and home

This is the kind of place we would like to retire to one day. Just a block from the beach, a market, coffee, and close to wonderful restaurants. This bungalow is beautifully appointed, exceptionally clean, with extras that really make it a turnkey stay.

Perfect location for my Husband and I. The beach is so close, and absolutely beautiful.We had an event to go to at the King and Prince, our walk was 3 min. So convenient.True historical charm, with updates, and everything you need.

Perfect get-away

We found our stay to be a great respite and in a perfectly quiet area near the beach (2 minute walk). We were close to a few excellent restaurants, near bike and kayak rentals and then 12 minutes from the main downtown area. Loved our time in St. Simon’s.

Fantastic Place in SS!

Perfect location in quiet neighborhood within a few minutes to the beach, King & Prince and a few blocks from the Pier. Very tastefully redone, comfortable beds, washer and dryer with detergent, etc., beach towels - it has it all! We will rent again for sure.

Perfect Getaway

Darling top-floor cottage with comfy, local furnishings and extras just a block from shops, bikes, restaurants and the beach! Not easy to find smaller places for 2 without overpaying for space we don’t need so we are return customers. This is a perfect fit plus we could have kids or another couple join us comfortably.

Fabulous for Family

We rented both halves of this duplex with family for Thanksgiving. It was great! The kitchens were well stocked for making a big meal (especially the downstairs unit) and the sitting areas and bedrooms were comfortable. We loved the quiet neighborhood. It’s just a short block to the water and less than a mile to the shops and restaurants. We would definitely rent here again.

Awesome place to stay!

We stayed in this condo for two weeks and were VERY pleased with the accommodations! I am a bit of a neat freak and noticed the cleanliness right away. I also noticed all of the little touches that made our stay that much more enjoyable like multiple charging stations, coffee filters (which I always forget to pack!), little soaps and shampoo, tons of towels, and more. The kitchen was very well stocked and the washer/dryer units were a great help. The location (just 3 blocks from the beach) was perfect and also close to several restaurants. The manager, Ryan, was very helpful and kind when we had an issue that needed to be addressed. We felt well taken care of and will definitely rent this condo again.

Quiet, cozy, spot convenient to Myrtle St. Beach

This was the perfect rental place for my family of three. Cozy and homey, located in a quiet neighborhood, and-best of all- 5 minutes on foot to the beach. As shown in the pictures, you will need to be able to climb one flight of stairs to the front door. The balcony is small but two people can sit on it comfortably to take in the view of the oak trees. The lock on the sliding door to the balcony wasn't working but, it being a second story unit, we were not overly concerned about security. Check-in and check-out procedures were easy and Cameron was communicative throughout. We would definitely stay here again!

Location, privacy, walk to beach

This end of SSI is our favorite — 3 minute walk to beach & a few restaurants from this super quiet, tucked away street. This rental is renovated inside despite an older facade. Everything clean & tidy. Comfy beds, good shower water-pressure, plenty of beach chairs, and a responsive host. Stairs are only access so don’t overload your suitcase!

Beautiful and convenient!

I and some friends stayed here for a weekend and it is exactly as the pictures show. It’s a cozy apartment with plenty of room, all the amenities we needed, and very close to the beach. The walk to the beach was only a few minutes down a shaded side street - so convenient. It was clean with plenty of towels and washcloths for everyone. Our host, Ryan, was quick to respond to anything we needed and a breeze to work with. Overall, we enjoyed our stay so much and will definitely be back! :)

Relaxation on SSI

The property was as advertised and very clean and well stocked. Access to beach and surrounding areas was perfect and easily walked to. Bike rental close by if needed. Communication with manager was effortless; very supportive and easily accessible. A return trip is definitely in the works.

Girl's Trip

We had a great stay! Property is a three minute walk from the beach and there are beach chairs, an umbrella and towels all provided which was a huge plus for us! The home is conveniently located near lots of restaurants. We would definitely recommend!
