Had a great 2 night stay in St. Simons at this property. It was clean and comfortable, was only a short walk to the beach, and only a couple min drive to downtown. Ryan responded quickly to every message. I would definitely stay here again!

The property was clean, tidy, accommodating and perfect for a few days of beach R&R for my wife and myself. Virtually every domestic need, from dishwasher pods to multiple USB charging ports on bedside tables had been anticipated and addressed. For our purposes, the location was actually optimal with respect to its proximity to beach access, local points of interest and eateries.The host (Ryan) was available, responsible and attentive. An earnest effort had been made to articulate the "rules of the house" in a straightforward manner while maintaining a comfortable atmosphere focused on optimizing the guests' visit to St. Simons. We will be back!

This location is unbeatable and Ryan was such a great host -responded right away to answer questions. The property was very clean and not a lot (if any) use of overly fragrant cleaning supplies, air fresheners, etc. There’s a great area on the side of the house to keep beach supplies with a water hose for clean up. Our stay was fantastic!
