Cozy and adorable 2BR next to Coast Guard Beach!
Welcome to Sea Side Cottage, the private, spacious guest cottage of Seaside Inn! We are very excited about this cute, cozy place just steps to the beach! This cute and comfortable beach cottage is in the perfect location and is within a very short walking distance of one of Saint Simons Island's best beaches. Recently updated, Sea Side Cottage features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (with a double vanity).

THE SPACE
Primary Bedroom: King bed, flat screen TV.
Second Bedroom: Twin Bed and Trundle Bed.
From the beach, walk in through a large, private deck area with seating for 4. Through the large glass doors off of the deck, walk into a large living room with a flat-screen TV and seating for 5. Off the living room, there is a well-equipped kitchen with bar seating for two and a dining room with seating for 4.
Why Stay on East Beach:
The stretch of beach along the ocean side of St. Simons Island is known as East Beach. A quant neighborhood of single-family homes begins at the access point of the U.S. Coast Guard Station at the northern tip and ends at the southern point of Gould's Inlet by access of Bruce Drive, which runs down the center of East Beach. The Coast Guard Station houses the present home to the World War II Home Front Museum.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
