AS16246-Studio at Boucanet with beautiful sea view
BOUCANET - RIGHT BANK - Quiet area - In a quiet and secure residence 2 steps from the beach and 1km from the city center. On the 4th and last floor a very bright 32m² studio composed of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a double bed and a TV, overlooking a loggia of 8m² with a magnificent view of the sea, without screws. An equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine), a bathroom with a toilet. A private storeroom at the bottom of the building and a bicycle storage room is at your disposal. Furnished and equipped for 4 people. Pets are not allowed.
OPTIONAL BENEFITS:
- Bed linen set: €15/bed (2 flat sheets + 2 pillowcases)
- Duvet cover set: €20/bed (1 flat sheet + 1 duvet cover + 2 pillowcases)
- Towel kit: 7€ / Person
- Household: 44€ Studio (Free of pet hair)
two deposit checks are to be given to us on the day of your arrival (400€ deposit for flat, 100€ deposit household), not cashed and destroyed after the verification of the apartment.
The handing over of keys is done in our real estate agency.
