About this property

Landes house near the beaches located in a wooded garden

Landes house located in a very quiet residential area, on the south side of Mimizan 900m walk from the beach and near the bike paths. Our house is surrounded by a very closed garden with trees. At the back you will find a pergola-guinguette corner with deckchairs and barbecue as well as a bicycle parking with bikes (4 adults, 1 child). At the front, a shaded terrace where we take breakfasts. In addition, possibility to park the car in the garden.

Lovely stay

My wife and I enjoyed our stay very much in this charming house set in the shade of beautiful trees. The house is in a peaceful environment only about 10 minutes walk from the nearest entrance to the south beach of Mimizan which has a fantastic cabane for lunch or dinner on the beach. Our host Guillaume was extremely responsive and helpful.

Wir durften 2 entspannte und erholsame Wochen in diesem schönen Häuschen mit seinem wunderbar natürlichen Garten verbringen. Das Grundstück und das Haus sind von Bäumen umgeben, ist naturbelassen und schön eingewachsen. An den sehr heißen Tagen habe wir die schattigen Plätzchen sehr genossen, Vogelfamilien und auch die Eichhörnchen beobachtet, gelesen und gemeinsam am großen Tisch gespielt. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig aber nicht abgelegen. Morgens konnten wir uns ganz unkompliziert am benachbarten Campingplatz mit Croissants und Baguettes versorgen. Für alles Weitere, standen uns auch Fahrräder zur Verfügung - Das Auto haben wir nicht bewegen müssen. Bei unserer Anreise wurden wir sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit empfangen. Es hat alles ganz wunderbar und unkompliziert geklappt. Das Haus ist mit allem Grundlegenden, geschmackvoll und wertig ausgestattet - Alles was wir für eine entspannte Familienzeit brauchen haben wir hier gefunden und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Petite maison dans les arbres

Charmante petite maison dans impasse au calme. Proche de la mer et du centre. Tout se fait à pied. Les vélos sont bien utiles notamment pour profiter des pistes cyclables de la région. Les conseils donnés par Guillaume ont été les bienvenus.

Très bon séjour !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Guillaume. Maison très bien située, et quartier résidentiel calme. Les vélos sont à disposition, vraiment très pratique. Guillaume est très accueillant, disponible et de très bons conseils. Merci pour ce séjour !

Perfekt!

Wir fahren schon seit ein paar Jahren an den Atlantik, aber dies war die beste Unterkunft die wir je hatten. Total gemütlich eingerichtet und ein wunderschöner Garten mit alten Bäumen. Das Meer ist fussläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Sehr netter Vermieter!

Situation idéale au milieu des pins, à qq pas de l'océan

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans cette maison. A l'abri des regards grâce à son magnifique jardin arboré, la maison est bien agencée et joliment décoré dans une ambiance très cosy. Elle est idéalement située dans un quartier très calme, proche des commerces et des plages. Nous recommandons sans hésitation. Tolle Lage, freundlicher Vermieter

Tolle Lage, ruhige Umgebung, kurze Entfernungen zum Strand und zu den Restaurants und Bars. Schöner großer schattiger Garten. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter! Die vorhandenen Fahrräder waren sehr praktisch. (Einkaufen und Strände) Wir werden gerne wiederkommen!

Très jolie maison dans un beau cadre, à la fois jeune et familial.

Venu entre amis, nous avons beaucoup aimé notre semaine dans cette maison, et plus globalement à Mimizan. L'ambiance du quartier est bonne et bienveillante. Il y a la plage et des terrains de tennis et de foot juste à côté de la maison. Pour faire la fête, il y a des bars et un club un peu plus loin, dans le centre. Surtout, le propriétaire Guillaume a été très sympathique et compréhensif avec nous, malgré nos quelques bourdes... Notamment avec l'épisode du blocage de la machine à linge, où son frère a pu passer à la maison pour la réparer. Guillaume était toujours joignable et chaleureux. Merci encore pour ce beau séjour chez toi !
