* Architect house built in 2018, 250m from the beach, facing the forest, at the foot of the lighthouse.

1) Consisting of 14 beds:
* double bed room, with private terrace of 16m2, pool view.
* 17m2 master bedroom with Italian shower, view of the lighthouse.
* master suite with direct access to the bathroom, large picture window and view of the lighthouse.
* double room 20m2, children's dormitory (6 single beds)
* Living room sofa convertible into double bed
2) American kitchen lounge, 50 m2
3) Swimming pool 9m * 4m * 1. 5m, heated, UV and H2O2 clarifier (chlorine free)
4) Low terrace: 80 m2
5) internet, tv, Hifi
6) fitted kitchen with washing machine, dryer, other appliances.

Unser Aufenthalt

Die Lage des Hauses ist ausgezeichnet, es sind nur wenige Gehminuten bis zum nächstgelegenen Strand. Durch das Wohngebiet gelangt man in ca. 10 min an einen alternativen Strand, an dem es auch eine schöne Strandbar gibt. Das Haus an sich bietet für 6 Personen ausreichend Platz. Es verfügt über eine Küche, allerdings gibt es sehr wenige Töpfe und nutzbare Pfannen. Für 6 Personen war der Kühlschrank ausreichend, der Gefrierschrank hat gut gekühlt. Lt. Beschreibung wurde das Haus 2018 erbaut, dafür sind im Innenraum bereits deutliche Spuren der Nutzung zu sehen. Der Außenbereich war bei unserer Ankunft wenig gepflegt, die Terrasse und der Pool waren voll Sand (keine Poolabdeckung). Der an sich sehr schöne und sehr angenehm beheizte Pool war für uns das Highlight des Hauses. Nachdem die sehr nette und hilfsbereite Hausverwalterin einen Poolroboter zur Verfügung gestellt hat, hat der Pool auch optisch seinen Mehrwert demonstrieren können. Leider fanden wir auf dem Gelände allerlei „Unrat“ wie Paletten, kaputte Stühle usw. vor. Hier wäre eine bessere Pflege des Außengeländes angebracht. Statt der versprochenen 6 Fahrräder waren allerdings nur drei vorhanden. Leider waren diese nicht nutzbar, da sie völlig verrostet draußen standen.Alles in allem hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt, allerdings ist der Mietpreis in der Hauptsaison für den gebotenen Standard zu hoch; wir fahren seit vielen Jahren nach Frankreich und haben viele Häuser gemietet, daher unsere Einschätzung

Urlaub mit Familie

Das Haus ist sehr schön. Die Lage ist top. Vom Bett aus sieht man nachts den Leuchtturm. Leider verwildert das Grundstück. Außerdem gibt es kaum Stauraum. Die wenigen Bettkästen und Regale, die als Kleiderschrank dienten, mussten wir vor Benutzung erstmal putzen. Im 6-Bettzimmer stand lediglich ein Regal, das bereits mit Decken gefüllt war. Wir hatten ein größeres Problem mit der Filterpumpe des Pools. Dies wurde allerdings innerhalb von 2 Tagen vom Vermieter geklärt.

Schönes Haus, toller Pool, freundlicher Kontakt

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und eine herrliche Zeit verbracht. Der Pool ist ein absolutes Highlight, wohltemperiert und aufgrund seiner Größe, durchaus zum Schwimmen geeignet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend (in französisch) Er hat immer sehr schnell auf Fragen geantwortet. Alles in Allem: sehr empfehlenswert!

Séjour agréable en bord de mer

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La maison est bien équipée notamment la cuisine. Je pense qu'elle doit être très agréable l'hiver car les grandes baies permettent de profiter de la lumière. En revanche le bémol est qu'il n'y a pas de volets, nous étions avec des jeunes enfants du coup en juin ils étaient réveillés dès 6h chaque jour et de même le coucher était plus compliqué, ça peut vite fatiguer.

Super maison pour se relaxer entre amis, proche de la mer et à 5mn en vélo du centre. La piscine chauffée est un vrai plus et extrêmement rare sur la Tranche!!
