In the bay of Saint Cyprien duplex apartment at 70m from the beach with views of the marine lake (entry of sea water in the land that goes around a small island and comes out to the sea).
Located in a small residence it is composed as follows:
1st level: equipped kitchen area (washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, oven, electric coffee maker, toaster, kettle),
a living room that opens onto a loggia with a barbecue for the pleasure of grilling.
The living room is equipped with a flat screen television.
Shower room with 1wc.
2nd level: 2 air conditioned rooms (1 with 1 bed 140 and the other with 2 beds 90, 1 separate toilet).
Our customers have private parking.

Par quoi commencer...San Ciprianu est idéalement situé pour visiter la Corse. Paule nous a accueillit avec chaleur et son logement est parfait pour des vacances de rêve. Nous recommandons.

Super location, emplacement idéal près de tout à pied, plages, commerces, location de bateaux… La vue est très belle et l’appartement très calme bien qu’il soit très central. L’appartement est petit mais parfaitement agencé et équipé, avec clim et ventilateurs très appreciables! Propriétaire très à l’écoute. En deux mots top!

Ein Paradies im Paradies

Nachdem wir uns nach 9 Jahren in Sainte Lucie de Porto Vecchio eine neue Unterkunft suchen mussten, hatten wir große Bedenken, ob wir noch einmal so viel Glück bei der Auswahl haben würden. Die Bedenken waren völlig unbegründet. Wir wurden von Mme Terrazzoni sehr freundlich empfangen und haben eine überaus saubere, perfekt ausgestattete, liebevoll eingerichtete und gut klimatisierte Unterkunft vorgefunden. Die Terrasse als erweitertes Wohnzimmer ist sicher das Highlight. Zur Lage braucht man nichts sagen. Weniger als 100 m zu einem der schönsten Strände der Insel, Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe, aber im Juni trotzdem ruhig. Mehr als 5 Punkte kann man leider nicht geben. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

La location conforme au descriptif, appartement très propre, vue sur lac marin qui met de bonne humeur pour la journée. Tout nous a plu. Proximité des axes routiers pour aller visiter, je suis prête pour y retourner! Appartement calme aucune gêne sonore. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour.

Nous avons sejourné dans cet appartement pour deux semaines et nous pensons déjà y retouner l'année prochaine! Tout a été parfait et Mme Terrazzoni est vraiment adorable, toujours présente et disponible même à nous indiquer de beaux tours à faire. Elle nous a aidés à rendere les vacances tout-à-fait speciales. MERCI! L'appartement était propre, il a tout dont on a besoin et en plus une vue merveilleuse sur le lac marin et sur la mer! San Cipriano est un pays tranquil et avec bars, magasins et restaurante. La plage est belle, mais visitez aussi les autres!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per due settimane e siamo stati benissimo. L'appartamento era pulito e dotato di tutti i confort! In più ha una vista spettacolare sul lago marino e sul mare! La proprietaria, Mme Terrazzoni, è adorabile: sempre presente, disponibile è pronta a dare consigli su zone da vedere e giri da fare. Ha decisamente contribuito a rendere la nostra vacanza speciale. Un grazie di cuore! Il paese è carino e ha tutto ciò che serve in termini di bar, ristoranti e negozi, ma i supermercati non sono molto distanti. La spiaggia è bella anche se una parte è piena di alghe (protette, non possono levarle) ma consiglio di girare per vederne anche altre, c'è ne sono di spettacolari. Stiamo già pensando di tornarci l'anno prossimo!

Un petit gout de reviens-y

Appartement superbe très bien équipé tant pour l'électroménager que pour la vaisselle. La décoration est sobre mais de bon gout ,ce qui permet de s'y sentir bien dès le premier jour. La vue de la terrasse est magnifique coté lac marin autant que coté mer.La superficie de l'appartement ainsi que la disposition des pièces ont été très bien pensées afin d'y etre à l' aise sans passer son temps à faire le ménage !! ST CYPRIEN possède de très belles plages ainsi que tous les commerces et restaurants nécessaires si vous souhaitez tout faire à pieds... Pour bouger autour : plages de Palombaggia , Santa Giulia, l'anse de Favone etc (tout est beau,partout !! ) Bonifacio et les iles Lavezzi sans oublier qu'il y a aussi la montagne à coté ... Pour finir par la propriétaire des lieux ... sa gentillesse alliée à sa discrétion, son humour et sa connaissance de sa région rendent votre séjour inoubliable avec une seule envie : Y RETOURNER
