Villa "Le Latanier Bleu" located south of the island, in a quiet and green setting on the heights of Saint-Pierre with a view of the mountains and Le Piton des Neiges.
Villa located about 15 minutes from the beach, you will enjoy both the charm of a modern and comfortable house with swimming pool and its large wooded courtyard ideal for a stay with family or friends. Located close to all amenities (shops, banks, restaurants ...) you can quickly go to the main attractions of the island (the volcano, beaches, the Wild South, waterfalls, museums ...).
The villa "Le Latanier Bleu" is composed of 6 air-conditioned double bedrooms including a master suite, a lounge area with a smart TV, wifi, a large veranda overlooking the pool, an outdoor kitchen, 2 barbecue, a games room with billiards, a large courtyard with trees and a swing. Linens, towels, beach towels and bleaching are included in the price. The cot is provided on request.
