Large Recreational Retreat

This is a large recreational retreat, with a 5600 Sq Ft house, located on over 5 acres. A fun, recreational property, but also in a peaceful and private setting. You wouldn't need to leave the property, but you can also enjoy the charming river towns on the St. Croix River (minutes away) and or the city life in Minneapolis/St. Paul.

The house includes 5 private bedrooms, 3 additional sleeping rooms, Up to 20 beds, a large open fully equipped kitchen, with plenty of room for up to 24 people to stay in the house comfortably (extra fees for over 14 guest) . We can accommodate more over night guest upon request. We also can make arrangements with RVs, tents and offering our large outbuilding, as rental add ons.

The kitchen has an open floor plan with industrial oven, six burners, griddle and steamer, along with a large area for cooking and entertaining.

Rest on one of the many couches and take in a game, movie or show on one of the many screens.

Enjoy the outdoor kitchen, pool, hot tub, TV, patio and putting green, which are all located right outside the large sliding glass door, just a few steps from the large indoor kitchen.

Outdoor recreation and games include a putting green, unique wiffleball field (gray monster), trampoline, playground, turf, and hammocks. Explore the wooded trails and inquire about camping outside!

This is truly a unique space & fun atmosphere for families & large groups who enjoy the outdoors. Also a great place for men/women/couple getaways, wedding parties, team building, family reunions, golf getaways, and events. We can turn the space into the atmosphere you and your group are looking for, as we take pride in working with our groups and guest to customize stays. However, this app is hard to work with on special events, and does not allow us to work through details without booking first.
