Welcome to Hastings Haven—a spacious 3500 sq ft home, less than a mile from the historic riverfront district in Hastings, Minnesota. This inviting retreat is perfect for family gatherings of all kinds, from Thanksgiving dinners to football parties. With room to sleep 12 comfortably, the home features 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms. The bunk room, complete with a 70” TV and arcade games, has a great play area, and don’t miss the fully equipped game room with Pool Table, Ping Pong, and Foosball!

The home is designed for entertaining with multiple living rooms, each with plenty of seating and large 70” TVs, ideal for game days or movie nights. The game room is a hit, featuring a pool table, foosball, ping pong, and another large TV for endless fun.
The large dining room seats 10, perfect for hosting memorable meals, while the spacious gourmet kitchen with island seating for four, is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a holiday feast, including spices, a Keurig coffee maker, and a tea station.

Relax in the expansive primary bedroom with a 65” TV, a work desk, and an ensuite bathroom featuring a separate shower with a bench and a luxurious jetted soaking tub. Step outside to enjoy Minnesota summers on the large deck and backyard patio, equipped with a BBQ, patio heater, and cozy lounge furniture.

For added luxury, the bathrooms are stocked with Beekman shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and designer finishes are found throughout the house. Plus, your well-behaved dog is welcome to join the fun for an additional pet fee.

We are located adjacent to a beautiful large park with a baseball field and amazing new playgrounds making this the perfect safe vacation home for families. Conveniently located 30 minutes from St. Paul and the Mall of America, 25 mins to the airport, and near the Wisconsin border makes Hastings Haven an easy location for your next family gathering or group travel.

HOUSE RULES:

- Must sign a rental agreement upon booking
- Quiet hours are between 10 pm-8 am.
- 12 guests maximum strictly enforced.
- No smoking of any kind anywhere is allowed on the property, including outdoor areas.
- Due to our API connection and liability, we must have a signed Rental agreement with a copy of your driver's license at the time of booking.
- There is a $500 security hold that will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure if no damage is reported.
- There is one exterior security camera at the front door.
- Check-in: 3 pm -10 pm
- Check-out: 10 am
- 1 Dog is allowed, additional $75 Pet Fee
