The Hollister Mansion-112 YEARS OF ELEGANCE
Located in Prescott, Wisconsin, just blocks away from the scenic St. Croix & Mississippi Rivers, this 1906 Victorian masterpiece, was built by lumber baron George S. Hollister (1852-1936) who owned the Prescott Lumber Company.
Hollister had access to and used the area's finest lumber to create this stunning Victorian mansion, the crown jewel of St. Croix River’s Victorian homes. With over 5,000 square feet, the mansion was once a bed and breakfast and now available for your special event and overnight lodging. The Mansion sleeps 16 guests.
The Mansion boasts a formal salon parlor with a fireplace, music room, library, living and dining room, large kitchen, butler's kitchen, formal foyer, library, Queen Anne porch, four season porch; that's just the first floor. The second floor has 6 bedrooms, 5 spa tubs, 5 fireplaces, 5 air conditioners, and 5 bathrooms. The 3rd floor has large and flexible entertainment space with a professional sound system and lights, as well as, 2 bedrooms and bathroom. There are original stain glass windows, intricate woodwork and hard wood floors throughout the house.
The Hollister Mansion is located in Prescott, a colorful rivertown with a public marina with river boat access, private marina, beaches, fine and casual dining and lots of historical charm.

About the host
Hosted by Brian Tischleder

I love my wife and kids. I love Bob Dylan and Bruce Springsteen. I love the Twin Cities, where I grew up. I love playing broomball almost as much as I love playing my guitar. I love working on the Hollister Mansion. I feel lucky to be the latest caretaker and owner of this historic and beautiful house.
