Beautiful

The cabin is amazing, the layout works flawlessly. There was enough room for everyone to do exactly what they wanted. The location was good, very close to Brighton you can only ski in from Milly, the hike/ walk to Brighton might be a bit much for an older group. Our ages ranged from 45 to 15 so it worked great for us. We would love to return, thank you so much for sharing your beautiful gem.

Great home

We enjoyed this house. It worked great for us with 3 families totaling 12 people. The hot tub was a hit and being up on the mountain provided much cooler temps. The foosball table and ping pong table were loved by the kids. Everything was clean and usable. The only thing missing was measuring cups, which is an easy remedy. I’d recommend this house.

Beautiful home, perfect for large group

Home was clean, well stocked with spices and needed equipment including 2 crockpots. Perfect for both younger children and older. 4WD is REQUIRED. Don’t chance it. Hot tub was not on when we arrived—recommend turning it on when you arrive if you want to use it as it takes 12+ hours to heat. Overall, excellent stay! Plenty of room for our large group. Would definitely stay again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. We loved being able to access the slopes directly from the house, the space enabled all of us to have fun and have some private areas. The outdoors jacuzzi was a great plus after a day on the slopes.

Wonderful Ski Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were 2 families (total 11 guests) exploring Brighton on our annual ski trip. This home is extremely clean, perfectly located and essentially ski in/out, the kitchen is well stocked, and the bedding is very comfortable. The pictures under-estimate the home... it is beautiful. We had a great vacation and will be back.

Top Notch Mountain Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was perfect for us - 8 adults, 4 kids. It was spotless upon arrival, and Cottonwood staff was quick to check with us to make sure everything was ok. They were very kind, personable, and attentive throughout our stay. The home - everything you could ask for and more! The kids loved the loft area for tv and games. The lowest level movie room was also a big hit. The gourmet kitchen was great for our home meals - it was stocked with everything needed. The deck/hot tub area was awesome. Beds were comfy and plenty of bathrooms. The Brighton area - we stayed in June and spent a lot of time in the outdoors. What a gorgeous area! Lots of hiking (we saw moose, beavers, deer, and a few critters we didn’t know). Fished at Silver Lake, within walking distance of the home. A half day trip to Park City (rode the Alpine Slide and Mountain Coaster) and checked out the Brighton Flea Market. I highly recommend this home!!

Great property excellent property manager

Group of 5 friends skiing at Brighton and was very pleased. The house was excellent and it was ski in and ski out from the Milly express quad. There were issues with our stay that the property manager quickly solved and provided great customer service. All rental properties have pros and cons. What makes the difference is the ability for a property manager to quickly communicate and solve issues. I wanted to say thank you for great customer service and a great stay.

Beautiful home and view

I’m going to miss waking up to that view!!! The home was perfect for our group. Only complaint was the big ceiling fan in the main family room was out of order. This made it quit uncomfortable for the person sleeping in the loft. The windows don’t open so no airflow. We found 2 box fans that helped a little. The kitchen was amazing. And the hot tub was much needed after the wedding.
