As you walk through the entrance gate of Bisou du Soleil you are welcomed by the lush tropical walkway and you instantly feel you are on vacation. Bisou du Soleil, translated is “Kiss of the Sun”, is a serene, private villa set high upon the hill in Pelican Key with unobstructed 220° ocean.

As you enter the front door you are greeted by the magical view of the Caribbean Sea and the mesmerizing shades of turquoise water.

The expansive deck runs the length of the entire villa and has several lounging areas where you can enjoy the peaceful surroundings and read your favorite book, watch the cruise ships pass by or admire the mega yachts anchored in Simpson Bay. After a long, hard day of relaxing on one of the Island’s many beaches, the deck is the perfect spot to grab your favourite cocktail and enjoy a front row seat for one of the beautiful sunsets that can only be experienced in Sint Maarten.

Our Happy Place

Great property. Cora did a wonderful job checking us in and maintaining the house. Very relaxing with minimal distractions. Would return again. This was our second stay at this property.

Amazing Property! You Must Stay at Bisou Du Soleil!

My husband and I stayed at Bisou du Soleil for a week and we wish we could have stayed indefinitely! The online property description was 100% accurate and Bisou du Soleil was even more beautiful than the pics. Communicating with the owner was very easy and she was extremely responsive. There was plenty of room to park our car in the driveway, it looked spacious enough to accommodate a couple of cars. As we walked through the entrance gate of Bisou, we instantly felt as if we escaped to our own lush, tropical getaway. We were giggling all the way to the front door we were so excited!!! Bisou is located in an upscale neighborhood which not only was private and quiet, but also provided expansive and amazing ocean and sunset views. The views from the deck are stellar and at night you can see tons of stars. The villa was extremely clean and tidy and came very well stocked with everything we needed. The property management company even provided us with a few complimentary provisions - what a nice welcome!!! Bisou provides plenty of bath towels, beach/pool towels, and hot water. There was a housekeeper who came twice during our stay. She did our laundry for a nominal fee as well. The king bed in our bedroom was very comfortable! We felt very safe in Bisou but having a security system available added to that feeling. It was easy to use and put our minds at ease. The wifi in Bisou is great too - we never lost a connection. We loved the location of the property - it is in close proximity to the grocery stores, sumptuous pastry shops, restaurants, nightlife and beaches. You don't have to drive far to find a phenomenal place for dinner. Isola stands out as one of the better restaurants we frequented, that literally is less than a 5 minute car ride away. I think our favorite place to be was on the expansive deck which really does run the length of the entire villa. There was always a breeze which helped keep bugs away. The loungers were super comfortable and wide - they are not like the narrow ones where your arms fall off the sides. We loved sunbathing by the pool in the mornings and in the evenings we loved having cocktails by the pool while taking in all of the sights around us - definitely enjoyed some beautiful sunsets. It was really nice to stream music through the outdoor speakers as well. If you are considering traveling to Sint Maarten, you simply MUST stay here at Bisou du Soleil. We will definitely stay at Bisou when we return!
