T1 bis, wifi, main room with fitted kitchen area, living room with fixed sofa, shower room with wc, Bedroom on mezzanine with a 140 bed, (the staircase is not suitable for the elderly), a small terrace in front the picture window with garden table and chairs. free open parking in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. lHouse 40m2 set back from the street and its bustle. A small, rather intimate terrace, lined with Mediterranean plants for a pleasant early breakfast. Close to the historic center (Medieval city) 15/20 minutes on foot. A lake is a 10 minute drive, swimming, dining. Commercial area five minutes by car.
