About this property

Wonderful house for rent on the Florida west coast, near the Mexico gulf!
Fully renovated in 2019!
Sleeps 7
3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, bbq and fenced pool.
Master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet and a full private bathroom with 2 sinks and walk in shower.
2 other rooms have queen size beds.
Futon is also available in the living room for additional guest.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and a big island.
Living areas are all open concept for better entertainment!
There is a flat 55inches smart tv with cable and full speed Wi-Fi internet.
A generous supply of linens and towels are provided including beach towels. Beach chairs too !!
Nice outdoor set up, bbq, table, sofa, hottub and heated pool!
House is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
The house is in a dead-end street, really calm neighborhood, directly on the 15th hole of the Hills golf course, witch you can reach the start within a 1 mile walk.
Boca Grande and Manasota Key beaches are just a 10-15minutes drive, and the wonderful Siesta Key beach is about 50 min.
Fort Myers airport is about 1 hour south, and Tampa 1h30 north.
Rotonda is known for its golf courses and has a unique pie shape concept.
5 of its portions have its own golf!
You can do many other activities as well. Tennis, biking and walking. If you love the outdoors, take a walk or bike ride to the nearby Cape Haze Pioneer trail which is 8 miles long and will take you all the way to Boca Grande Island!

The owner never checked the house

We came late around 10 pm in 92 degrees in the house floor dirty and no AC. POOL full of sand. We didn’t sleep all night because the ac didn’t work next morning the owner send company to fix ac and the ac was not fixable so we started looking for other place. But the owner did not check the house garage in the garage was full and was fly’s all over flor in the house not clean IM REALLY SORRY TO POST ALL THIS I HOPE. THAT IN THE FUTURE YOU CHECK MORE ON YOUR PROPERTY SO YOU HAVE MORE HAPPY COSTUMER. if I didn’t find the house I was going back home. And lose all that closing business waist time and money just because you didn’t not check your property

Excellent property and wonderful property owners

We just returned from a week stay here. We were there with our 5 kids, ages 6-13. The house was very clean and had plenty of linens, bath towels and beach towels for all of us. It is so nice inside and plenty of space for our large family to eat and hang out together. The pool and hot tub were a huge highlight for our kids! Having it screened in and with a large table to eat by the pool was so nice. The views looking out over the gold course were so pretty. We pretty much spent our time swimming at the house or heading out to the beach (most of the beaches were about 15-25 minutes away but were easy drives). We also appreciated the beach chairs and towels they provided. We had a problem with the washing machine and I was beyond impressed with the owners quick response and then how quickly they brought a new washing machine out. They were so helpful from start to finish of our trip. Our family highly recommends this property and the owners!

Peaceful Vacation home

Perfect house ! Nice short drive to beach! The inside is completely updated and beautiful The owners were easy to communicate with! We would stay here again for sure if in the area And the master bed is extremely comfortable
