Modern holiday villa overlooking the lake and the golf course

What is your idea of ​​a perfect vacation? Swimming in your own pool and looking out over the lake and golf course? Relax on the sun lounger just steps away from your own spacious living room? Playing golf, lying on the beach or exploring the area by bike?

Villa "49Pine" offers you all of this ... come and enjoy our fully refurbished and newly refurbished villa in Pinehurst, Rotonda West, which has 170sqm and three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. The open plan living space is tastefully decorated with a living room, a dining area for 6 people and a familyroom. There is a large HD SmartTV with soundbar for a cozy movie night. There are more than 200 television channels available.

The new kitchen is very well equipped and has a breakfast bar, where 4 people can sit.

From the master bedroom one enters the bathroom en-suite and a walk-in closet. In the guest area there are two further bedrooms, each with a walk-in closet and the second bathroom, which has direct access to the pool area. Both the master bedroom and the second guest room have a smartTV.

In the pool area is enough space for sun loungers, a dining table for 6 people and a cozy sitting area. From here you can watch the sunset over a cool drink and enjoy the holiday. Of course, a grill for a delicious American steak may not be missing!

The view from the pool area is on the lake and the 2. Green and the 3. Tee off the Pinemoor golf course. Directly on the water there is a private wooden deck. From here you can observe the waterfowl, turtles, armadillos, raccoons, our two squirrels Gin & Tonic and of course alligators slowly gliding in the water. If you are lucky, the Bobcat will meet you and your boys. What a peaceful environment!

The entire villa is southwest facing. The covered lanai offers in the summer sufficient protection against the intense sun and occasional rain showers.

The entire house is air conditioned and has additional ceiling fans. High quality towels, beach towels and bed linen is provided. You will also find beach chairs and sunshades, a cooler and a picnic basket for your visit to the beach with us. Two bicycles are also available for your exploration tours.

The villa has a new washer and dryer and of course free Wi-Fi.
