**BEST PLACE TO STAY IN PALMA**

This rental is in a quiet area on the island. I will definitely stay here in the feature! Me and a friend rented a car from the airport and drove to the house after our flight landed. It was nearly midnight when we arrived. Ms. Joanna had food prepared and it was the warmest welcome I had ever received from a HomeAway host. There was not anything we needed that wasn't in the home. Ms. Joana provided two very nice bicycles that we used to ride to the ocean everyday. Right out of the door of the property (30 seconds) is the ocean. Don't think twice about renting this home.. you will NOT be disappointed. (:

QUE DU BONHEUR

Nous avons passé d'agréables vacances dans la propriété de Marc et Joana à S'ILLOT. La maison est très bien située, proche de la plage à pied (environ 5mn), même si nous avons eu une préférence pour la plage de SA COMA (à environ 5 mn en voiture). Il est très facile de se garer à proximité de la maison. Marc nous a accueilli et nous a fait visiter la maison. Celle-ci est très joliment décorée et il y a beaucoup de matériel fourni (notamment les draps de place et les jeux de plage, ce que nous avons bien apprécié). Joana avait apporté des plats pour notre premier repas. C'était vraiment sympathique. Une très bonne expérience.

Fabulous property in an ideal location and equipped with everything you could possibly need

We arrived early and the property was being cleaned as the previous guests had only just left. We were greeted with a very warm welcome by Marc, who allowed us to leave our suitcases and use a bedroom to change into beachwear. We left for the nearby beach and Marc said he would text me to let me know when the property was ready. When we returned the property was spotless and on opening the fridge we were greeted with a lovely selection of food, wines and beers. What a lovely surprise to see a Birthday cake complete with candles for my husband's 65th birthday. Nothing was too much trouble and really everything was catered for. Thank you Marc and Joana for a fantastic holiday, we will be returning to stay in your lovely home again.

Splendido appartamento

L'appartamento è moderno, funzionale e arredato con gran gusto. Al nostro arrivo lo abbiamo trovato pulitissimo e attrezzatissimo, molto adatto anche a famiglie con bambini piccoli poiché il patio interno é molto sicuro, oltre a conferire molta privacy. La gentilezza e l'attenzione di Joana e Marc sono straordinarie: al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato la tavola apparecchiata, una squisita cena pronta e i bagni forniti di tutti i prodotti necessari. La cittadina di S'Illot é molto gradevole, fornita di tutti i servizi facilmente raggiungibili dalla casa, anche a piedi o con le biciclette (nel piccolo garage ce ne sono due a disposizione). Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima vacanza per cui tutti e cinque vorremmo tornare l'anno prossimo nella casa di Joana e Marc che ringraziamo ancora.

Wunderschöner Familienurlaub

Ein schönes Haus in Strandnähe. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, der Innenhof perfekt um mit kleinen Kindern zu spielen, zu grillen, zu essen. Alles war sauber, modern eingerichtet. Man kann Fahrräder, Sonnenschirme Strandspielzeug etc. kostenlos nutzen. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern immer nett und schnell beantwortet. Wir fühlten uns jederzeit willkommen.

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub in diesem wirklich super schönen Haus verbracht. Zum Empfang hatte uns die Vermieterin mit allerlei Köstlichkeiten wie z. B. eine super leckeren Tortillia, Wurst, Käse, belegte Brötchen, Wein, Cola, Wasser usw. versorgt und da es der Geburtstag von meiner Mutter war, wurde diese sogar noch mit einem selbstgebackenen Kuchen überrascht. So eine Großzügig- und Herzlichkeit haben wir bis dato noch bei keiner Hausanmietung erlebt. Nochmals ein großes Dankschön an Joana & Marc!!! Das Haus selbst ist mindestens genau so schön wie auch auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Es wurde mit viel Geschmack liebevoll ausgestattet. Die Lage ist für Leute die einen ruhigen Urlaub verbringen möchten ideal und zum nächsten Sandstrand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuss. Mit den zur Verfügung gestellten Fahrrädern noch nicht einmal fünf Minuten. Sogar Badehandtücher, Sonnenschirme, Luftmatratzen, Strandmatten etc. werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Auch die Restaurantsempfehlungen von den Vermietern fanden wir super. Alles in allem ein wirklich zu empfehlendes Urlaubsdomizil in dem es an nichts mangelt. Wir haben das Objekt schon in der Familie und auch bei unseren Freunden weiterempfohlen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und freuen uns schon jetzt darauf. Nochmals herzlichen Dank für alles!!!

Ruhig gelegen trotz Ort am Meer mit Tourismus

Wir waren 14 TAGE in dem Häuschen. Liebevoll dekoriert und hergerichtet erwarteten uns 3 Schlafräume plus 2 Badezimmern und ein Wohn-Esszimmer mit komplett eingerichterter Küche (alles da was das Herz begehrt) und schattigem eigenem Innenhof mit Terasse. Besonders toll war, dass zur Begrüßung viele mallorquinische Leckereien bekommen haben mit Käseauswahl, Wurstauswahl, süßen Backwaren etc. sogar Getränke waren kaltgestellt. Für unseren 15 Monate alten Sohn fanden wir Spielsachen, Bücher und ein gemütliches Kinderbett. Auch Schnorchelsachen waren für 2 Perosnen da und Luftmatratzen Sandspielzeug, etc....einfach der Hit! Der Ort ist ein kleiner Toristenort mit einem guten Obst/Gemüseladen, Supermarkt und diversen Restaurants. Tipp: In der Cala Mondraga schnorcheln gehen und sich nicht vom Steinstrand abschrecken lassen=) & Stand Up Paddeling am Sandstrand ausprobieren-10 Euro die Stunde. Excellent accommodation with style.

We have just returned from a week in S'illot. The house is excellent and of a high standard. Everything has been thought of to make the holidaymaker at home and need for nothing. The decor is very tasteful, modern and attractive. The bathrooms are contemporary, clean and chic with power showers in both and hot water at all times. We spent early mornings, lunch times and late evenings on the delightful patio area, so relaxing. It has a big table for al fresco dining and even a day bed. Not overlooked by anyone and very quiet. The welcome that we received from Joana was the best ever, the door opened and we saw a brilliant smile and our holiday began, Joana had prepared a feast for us, freshly made Tortilla, a platter of salami and meats, there was fresh bread, pastries, croissant and little tarts. We then opened the fridge and there was wine, beer and Fanta orange. So very kind, we felt ready for lunch without having to dash out and buy provisions! There were even beach towels and beach bags in our bedrooms and mats etc for our use. We visited some lovely places too, Valldemossa was our favourite, Formentor, fantastic views, Portocristo is literally down the road with its little harbour and so many more. It is just a short walk into S'illot along a smooth walkway which is lite at night, safe and easy reach of local restaurants. The sea is only 30 metres from the door of the house too. Wherever we went it was always a pleasure to return to the comfort of the house. nos belles vacances à Majorque

Aprés 15 jours passés à Majorque,il nous tarde déjà d'y retourner.C'est une île pleine de charme ou l'on se sent bien.S'Illot est une ville agréable , et la maison est bien située,plage et commerces accessibles à pied.Joana et son mari ont décoré leur demeure avec goût, elle est fonctionnelle et confortable . Un grand merci à Joana pour son hospitalité, son sourire et sa gentillesse.Merci également pour les délicieux préparés pour nôtre arrivée.Nous garderons un merveilleux souvenir de ce séjour .

Perfect holidays in a very nice an comfortable house.

We spent 12 days in S´Illot in Mai 2016. The house was very clean and we found just everything you need for perfect holidays. For us it was just ideal, that the terrasse is closed to all sides, so we didn´t have to worry, that our 2 years old son could go for walk on his own :-) Especially for families with children both, the house an the very close beach are perfect. You find everything you need in the house even a child´s seat for the bicycles that are provided. We also found everything we needed for a day at the beach: Towels, beach mats, umbrellas, sand toys and beach bags. We felt really at home in Joanas and Marcs house because of all the little details, that make it really comfortable and cozy and the delicious food they had provided to welcome us. Thanks a lot again! :-) The beach is very close (5-10 min walk) and you can see the sea when you step out of the house. The beach is very gently shelving, so it´s just perfect for children to play. Both, the beach and the water were very clean. The beach isn´t too crowded and you find everything you need: toilets, a shower, little shops and restaurants. Dear Joana and Marc thanks a lot for everything! We are already planning to stay in your house again next year and we recommend it to all our friends and relatives! Sabrina, Achim and Malte

I'd give 7 stars if I could!

It is a privilege to tell you about this lovely villa in S’illot, Mallorca. It is so beautiful and as I looked around, I tried to think how to take photographs effective enough to capture the feel of it. Then I thought – it’s not really possible because I recalled that before I had booked it, I had viewed the photographs on the website, of which there are many, and still hadn’t been able to grasp the unique feel of this place until I’d seen it. You really have to experience it for yourself. It is magical and feeds the soul. The owners have decorated with attention paid to the smallest detail in a vibrant yet restful way and with every comfort of their guests in mind. And that is how you feel - as welcome guests rather than renters - especially as we were greeted with smiles and hugs at 2 in the morning, an hour later even than anticipated, and welcomed with an unexpected spread of varied home cooked, delicious local delicacies - from homemade bread, filled rolls, antipasti, cheeses and fruit to homemade Spanish tortilla warming in the oven, cakes; wine, coffee, tea, milk – all these they just call snacks! We certainly found that there was enough to snack on for days. These lovely and generous people have also been very trusting with the level of items left in the villa for their guests' convenience and it makes you want to repay that kindness by looking after the place very carefully, making sure that they don't regret their generosity and one day decide to make it more utilitarian. Even small but immensely thoughtful touches like bags in each room complete with beach towels so you’re ready for the beach; and two well maintained bicycles left for your use, as S’illot is very suitable and popular for cycling around. My girls certainly made daily use of these even though the beach and a number of shops and restaurants really are within walking distance. All this for one of the most reasonable rates to be found in the Mediterranean. If I could, I would give this little haven 7 stars; 5 for the villa, an extra ½ star for the amenities and thoughtful gestures to enhance the comfort of their guests, and 1½ more for the fabulous food. So think about your next holiday and booking up this special place. The rest of the country seems very nice too!

Juste exceptionnel

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette confortable et irréprochable location. Une maison on ne peut plus équipée. Ce n'est pas une location de vacances mais une vraie maison. Nous aurions pu inviter tout le quartier tellement il y avait de vaisselle et de quoi cuisiner(batterie incroyable). Tous les produits d'entretien sont présents ,le nécessaire de toilette (linge et produits), le linge de maison, les draps et tapis de plage, masques, tubas....Tout ce que vous pouvez avoir besoin est là même les épices! TV dans chaque pièce et chaînes françaises(plutôt rare). Literie hyper confortable ,salon XXL, une terrasse magnifique ,de la place pour se garer et cerise sur le gâteau tout est à proximité. Et que dire de l'accueil... Joana, chaleureuse et pleine de peps nous avait dressé une table digne d'un dîner presque parfait et nous avait concocté de délicieuses choses accompagnées de boissons et d'une magnifique corbeille de fruits. Elle nous a fait une visite guidée de la maison, la présentation de s'illot et des alentours dans un mélange d'espagnol et de français très animé puis s'est eclipsée. Si comme nous vous avez opté pour ce côté de l'ile, vous pouvez réserver cette maison les yeux fermés, vous ne le regretterez pas . Merci à Joana et Marc pour ce petit coin de paradis. Nous retournerons certainement à Majorque et la location est toute trouvée. Sylvie

La mejor decisión del viaje!!

Estuve con 5 amigas en Mallorca y después de haber estado en esta estupenda casa, no se me ocurre mejor sitio donde pasar unos días en esta isla. La casa es preciosa con una decoración exquisita, muy limpia y bien equipada. Cuenta con 3 habitaciones dobles a cual más bonita; un salón comedor de lo más apacible, una cocina grande y con todo el equipamiento que puedas necesitar. Pero sin duda la mejor parte de la casa es el bellísimo patio interior que permite pasar una agradable noche en buena compañía. Además cuenta con dos bicis, colchonetas y juegos de mesa, así que no pudimos aburrirnos! El pueblo S’Illot en el que se encuentra la casa, es un pueblo no muy grande pero lleno de encanto. Cuenta con una playa extensa (a poco más de 5 minutos andando) donde el ambiente es familiar y muy agradable; pero también se encuentra cerca de una cala rocosa y de agua turquesa que sólo es conocida por las personas que allí viven, así que seguro que hay un sitio para ti! El pueblo se encuentra cerca de muchas calas así como de las cuevas del Drach, así que recomiendo este pueblo si lo que quieres es huir de los lugares llenos de turistas. Sin embargo, el broche de oro de la visita lo puso Joana. Su cálida bienvenida y amabilidad nos dejó sin palabras, después de hacernos un tour enseñándonos la casa, Joana nos dijo que nos había preparado un tentempié!! Joana también nos recomendó lugares a los que ir y calas que ver, y desde luego que acertó con sus consejos :) Nunca había estado antes en Mallorca, y me pareció preciosa y llena de cosas que hacer, así que seguro volveré y por supuesto volveré a casa de Joana, la recomiendo a todo el mundo 100%; gracias a ella la estancia en Mallorca fue perfecta.

MAGNIFIQUE MAISON - UN ACCUEIL FORMIDABLE

Nous revenons de 12 jours de vacances dans cette magnifique maison. tout est conforme aux descriptifs mis sur abritel. Maison très agréable au calme. Pourtant les animations de s'illot sont à 500 mètres à pied (restaurants, petits supermarchés pour les courses d'appoints et le pain) pour les achats alimentaires plus importants comptez environ 3 kilomètres. Ne vous encombrez pas de vos serviettes de plages, des jeux de plages et autres parasols tout est présent dans la location. J'en viens maintenant à l'accueil que nous avons eu de JOANNA, elle est adorable, et comme beaucoup d'espagnol souriante et joviale. Nous sommes arrivés à la location il était 15 h 30, elle nous avait préparé une jolie table sur la terrasse (que vous voyez en photo) et nous avait préparé pleins de bonnes choses à manger. Après des heures de voyage nous avons beaucoup aimé ce geste de sympathie. JOANNA ne parle pas français, une amie parlant le français, l'accompagnait pour que l'on se comprenne mais avec mes quelques mots d'espagnol que je connaissait et les gestes nous avons réussit à nous comprendre. UN GRAND MERCI A JOANNA et à SA JOLIE MAISON d'avoir contribué à ce que nous passions de très bonnes vacances. Bien évidemment vous l'aurez compris je recommande cette maison.

Best beach vacation

This was the best vacation rental I've stayed in by far. The home was exceptionally clean with decor that made you feel at home. Also the home was equiped with everything you needed to have a great beach vacation; there was extra beach towels, bikes for transportation, snorkle gear, floats, etc. Plus the location is ideal, with the ocean at your front door.
