Solfez Villas are three bedroom accommodation by construction. In order to better serve our guests, we also provide them as one or two bedrooms. This means that upon arrival our guests choose their favorite bedroom (s) and we lock the remaining one (s). The rest of the house is at their full disposal.

I spent my life building homes. I saw the faces of the people when I was handing over the key to their new 'nest', their smile, their satisfaction, their optimism for a new beginning.

The same feelings I try to induce to our guests here at the villas. Happiness, relaxation, optimism, a recharging procedure happening within the arms of Mother Nature.

Why they chose this property

Elounda is a 'Soul Trap'... The first image you have as you approach is Mirabello Bay and the hills that are fading into the water and there you have it... a piece of your soul is 'occupied' forever by this beauty.

I had wonderful times all around the area and surrounding villages and that's what I try to inspire to my guests. I confide to them all the small taverns that made my mouth drool, the beaches I relaxed after a hard day's work...

All those little moments that reminds me that above all I am a human being....

What makes this property unique

The relaxing ambience of the villas, the total privacy, the quietness on site, yet the ability to fast change by going to the vivid and picturesque village of Elounda or the cosmopolitan Agios Nikolaos.

Also the nature around... It is breathtaking to see grouses drinking water from the pool at the break of dawn.
