Tolle Lage und ruhige Nächte.

Gemütliche kleine Fewo in wundervoller Lage, direkt am See. Kein Luxus, aber alles was man braucht. Sauber und aufgeräumt. Der Pool sorgt jederzeit für eine Abkühlung. Danke und MfG

Un po'delusa

Buongiorno, la mia esperienza è stata abbastanza positiva. Purtroppo però l immobile dove ho soggiornato non è questo ma un altro in quanto la proproetaria il giorno prima di partire ci comunicava che l appartamento era inagibile per un problema di tubi di acqua che perdevano. Mi è stato dato un altro appartamento ma aimé pulizia e tipo di appartamento non al top...e soprattutto molto lontano dalla spiaggia. Inoltre avevamo vicino ospedale e binari treno. Per il resto ringrazio di non aver rinunciato alla vacanza ma avrei preferito o uno sconto o una sistemazione simile a quella prenotata. Per quanto riguarda la signora Michela che ci ha consegnato le chiavi una persona molto disponibile e gentile. La proprietsria al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare una bottiglia di acqua frizzante una naturale e della frutta.

Il lago è fantastico anche d'inverno

Davvero un bel soggiorno, in un bel appartamento, pulito e dotato di ogni confort. Ideale per brevi o lunghe vacanze , con migliori servizi, a pochi minuti di distanza dalla spiaggia. La casa è in una ottima posizione, vuoi per arrivare a Sirmione o spostarsi nella zona del lago. Cortesi è gentilissimi i proprietari, al nostro arrivo ci hanno fatto trovare acqua sia naturale e minerale , e una bottiglia di Lugana un Doc della zona. Sicuramente se dovessi pensare ad un nuovo soggiorno nella zona del Garda, se disponibile ritornerei in questa casa.

Schöne, saubere Wohnung

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genoßen. Der Strand und einige Supermärkte liegen in Fußnähe zur Wohnung, die Küche ist mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet (es gibt sogar einen guten Ofen und ein Tiefkühlfach) und die Betten sind sehr gemütlich. Wer bei der Anreise über den Brenner kommt, sollte allerdings beachten, dass er den kleinen Umweg fährt un bei Verona auf der A4 wechselt. Die SS450 wird am Ende Einspurig, wir haben hier ca. 1 Stunde im Stau gestanden!

Schöne, saubere Wohnung

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Supermärkte und der Strand sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, die Wohnung ist sauber (der Balkon auch), die Küche ist mit dem Nötigesten ausgestattet (es gibt auch einen Ofen und und eine Tiefkühltruhe) und das Schlafzimmer ist sehr sauber und neu. Das Internet wird über einen mobilen Hot-Spot aufgebaut, daher dieser naütrlich nich für Filme oder Ähnliches benutzt werden (sonst haben die nächsten Mieter eine schlechte Verbindung), aber fürs "googeln" ist er super. Noch ein Tipp für die Anreisenden, die über den Brenner kommen, nutzt nicht die Straße SS450, sondern bleibt auf der A22 und wechselt bei Verona auf die A4. Wir hatten hier ca. 1 Stunde im Stau gestanden.

Leider fehlt die Liebe zum Detail

Die Wohnung hat für 2 Personen eine ausreichende Größe, die Lage ist sehr gut, 5 Gehminuten zum See und zum Zentrum Rivotella. Ein Discounter ist auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter und zur Betreuerin Vorort verlief reibungslos. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet (z. B. mit 4 Espressomaschinen) Dennoch sind einige verbesserungsbedürftig Aspekte zu erwähnen. Die Kopfkissen müssten dringend gereinigt/erneuert werden (ich möchte hier keine Details erwähnen), das WLAN funktioniert kaum/gar nicht (was im Urlaub nicht schlimm ist), es gibt weder einen Staubsauger noch ein Kehrblech (bei 10 Tagen Aufenthalt benötigt man dann doch eines der beiden),ein Ventilator wäre bei 32 Grad auch hilfreich gewesen, seitlicher Seeblick ist nicht vom Balkon aus, sondern vom Schlafzimmerfenster, der Ostbalkon ist mit defekten, älteren Möbeln und den Putzlappen vollgestellt, der Wäscheständer ist kaum noch nutzbar und rostet sehr, generell schien es uns, dass das Mobiliar z. T. eher ein Sammelsurium aus ausrangierten Möbelstücken war...es fehlte Charme und die Liebe zum Detail.

Vacanza a Rivoltella

Sono stata molto bene, l'appartamento è pulito e ben attrezzato, con una terrazzina che è come se fosse un'altra stanza. Vicino ai servizi e comodissimo per gli animali, visto che di fronte c'è un bellissimo parco dove si arriva alla spiaggia con una bellissima passeggiata fino a Desenzano. La Signora che riceve, gentile e disponibile. Ritornerò.

Appartamento a rivoltella

L'appartamento è esattamente come pubblicizzato, pulito e con tutto quello che serve per una vacanza , perfetta la posizione sia per delle giornate al lago nella vicina spiaggia che per passare delle piacevoli serate con ristoranti e luoghi di intrattenimento nelle vicinanza. Non è la prima volta che ci soggiorno e per me è diventato un riferimento.

Delusa dal servizio

tornati oggi da pochi giorni di vacanza presso questa abitazione.vorrei dare qualche suggerimento umile alla proprietaria . Dovrebbe far mettere un condizionatore perché in questo giugno caldissimo in casa si muore di caldo veramente insopportabile...l'accoglienza della signora incaricata a portare le chiavi lascia molto a desiderare in ritardo quando siamo arrivati nonostante l'avessi avvertita quando siamo partiti ancora peggio. Inoltre magari arrivare e trovare almeno del sapone e della carta igienica e magari una bottiglia d'acqua nel frigo sarebbe il minimo di normalità di un'affitto di una casa di vacanza.credo che piccole cose fatte bene fanno tornare le persone......la prossima volta cercherò meglio
