Perfect view.

Overall great property with a great view. Unit is comfortable and location is great also. Close to the main pool area, market and Sunset Beach. We are frequent visitors of South Seas as well as multi week timeshare owners. So I know the property very well. Only issue we had was that the AC would not get below 74 degrees for some reason. Called the property who sent engineering. They said that it was putting out the correct temperature from the vents which I saw with my own eyes. Then why won't AC get below 74 in the unit. At night we like to set it to 70. Never moved off 74. AC ran the entire time we were there because it could not get to temp. Therefore, a little warm sleeping at night for our tastes. Otherwise, unit was great. Could have been a little cleaner; but I find this common theme throughout many of the rental properties we stay at.

Short Walk to Beach, Golf, Marina and Restaurant

Property was in pristine condition. In less than 5-10 minutes , you can be at the beach, golf, marina and great restaurants on marina and beach from this condo. Only suggestions we would offer are to make sure exhaust fan in master bedroom Is working and to add some more dinner and flatware for kitchen .

Marina villa

Villa was very nice and in excellent location near north pointe village . Also convenient to sunset beach area which is well equipped with lounges, beach side snacks/drinks. dollphin cruise was very enjoyable. Fitness room was unusable due to terrible smell. That was a frustration. Otherwise, beautiful place
