Appartement bien équipé, très fonctionnel et vraiment calme. On peut profiter d'un extérieur très agréable au bord de la Clarée avec vue sur les montagnes. Géographiquement très bien placé pour toutes les activités dans la vallée, sur Briançon, Montgenèvre ou l'Italie. Propriétaire à l'écoute et disponible, tout en confiance. Top !

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans la vallée de la Clarée, le livret laissé à notre disposition dans le gîte mentionnant les différents endroits à visiter dans la région ainsi que les activités nous a bien guidé. Le gîte est calme et permet de rayonner dans les environs aussi bien à pieds qu'à vélo ou en voiture. Le propriétaire ne pouvant pas être sur place s'est assuré par téléphone que tout se passait bien. Le fonds de cuisine est conséquent et bien pratique, chaque nouvel hôte assurant un roulement. Nous recommandons !

Un petit coin de paradis.J'ai vraiment choisi ce gîte pour son extérieur et je n'ai pas été déçue. Quel bonheur de s'assoir sur un rocher au milieu de la Claree au retour d'une rando et n'hésitez pas à apporter une siège confort pour lire ou ne rien faire au bord de la rivière. Tables et chaises a disposition pour y prendre ses repas. Le logement était bien confortable car nous étions 2. 1 étage chacun ! Grande table dans la pièce principale et cuisiner avec le bruit de la rivière et le soleil qui pointe au dessus de la montagne le matin. Bref beaucoup de charme, un coup de coeur !

Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine et étions un couple avec 1 enfant de 8 ans. Tout était parfait. L’emplacement, les activités à proximité, le logement, le propriétaire et ses indications. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Un grand merci pour ce petit bout de paradis.

Lieu de repos idéal, dans un petit havre de paix, fonctionnel, tres bien situé, avec un hôte très sympathique qui prend soigneusement le temps de nous préparer à notre arrivée.Départs de sentiers de promenades et randonnées à proximité, accès à un jardin incroyable au bord de la rivière, parfait pour une retraite en famille au calme. Un grand merci pour cette belle découverte automnale à Val des Près, nous reviendrons !

nous étions trois amis pêcheurs et nous avons passés un très agréable séjour ce gite, le propriétaire très charmant nous a bien renseigné, notamment sur le magasin d'articles de pêche.Nous recommandons ce gite à tout ceux qui aiment la montagne en toutes saisons
