Proprietaria molto disponibile ed ha risposto celermente ad ogni nostra richiesta. Arredamento curato su tutto l’appartamento ma in particolare nella zona giorno. Elettrodomestici di alta qualità. Molto adatta a gruppi anche di 2-3 famiglie. Vacanza da ricordare.

Beautiful Home for a Work Trip and Stay

My coworkers and I really enjoyed Joan's home. It was beautiful, very clean, comfortable and spacious for a group of coworkers to enjoy not only as a home but also a work space. The home is very modern and gets great light. Check in was an easy process. Joan was extremely nice and helpful.

Why they chose this property

I just completed a two year renovation on this is a historic, Neo-Grec Brooklyn Brownstone originally built in the 1850s. This brownstone is 20 minutes to downtown Manhattan and a 5 minute walk to the subway. If you want to stay in the neighborhood there are several excellent walks, restaurants and bars I can recommend, Saraghinas, Peaches, Chez Oskar, Casablanca, Turtle All The Way Down within 5 minute walking distance.

What makes this property unique

Stay surrounded by the beauty of one of the city's oldest tree-lined, Brooklyn brownstone neighborhoods. Brooklyn has the highest concentration of brownstones anywhere in the world, and Bedford Stuyvesant has more than any other neighborhood in Brooklyn. My absolute favorite blocks where you can see examples of Italianate, Gothic, Neo-Grec and Renaissance and Romanesque Revival architecture are Decatur Street between Lewis and Stuyvesant Avenue as well as Jefferson Street between Lewis and Malcolm X.
