Luxury Villa close to NYC

Unlike anything in Astoria. From the moment you enter our property you are transported to a European villa nestled in the heart of NY. Beautifully landscaped gardens running along our multi-level granite masterpiece. Warmth fills your heart as you enter the villa to find custom mahogany throughout the 1st floor grand room. 4 Bedrooms to accommodate everyone on the higher floors. Entertain outdoors in our common area or enjoy our 2 living areas indoors. Maybe hide away in our hidden man cave?

4000 sq. FT of magical living! First floor is a grand room without walls that includes a chefs kitchen with all that is needed to cook & serve meal in formal granite dining area. A living area with fireplace and 50 inch television. There is also a sunroom filled with warmth perfect for relaxing and reading a book. 1st floor contains a powder room so guests never have to use the stairs.

The basement is great for entertaining, watching television enjoying the ping-pong table, or poker table with fellow guests. The sofa is also a pull out bed. Powder room is included for guests needs.

Master suite on second level has a queen size bed and access to balcony. Mast bathroom has a stand up shower filled with body sprays, and a jacuzzi. A television is located on the wall in this room.

Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed. Enjoy the magnificent art done on walls. All hand painted.

Bedroom #3 is filled with hand painted art of animals. It includes a queen size bed. Beautiful and colorful room.

Bedroom #4 is located in the open attic and is perfect for extra guests or kids. It has two twin size beds with a lounging chair and television.

Bedrooms 2-4 have a separate full bathroom on the second floor with bathtub.

Backyard is truly a multi-level experience. It has a separate deck filled with couches and dining area. It has another bottom level for parents to relax and kids to play on swing set.

The "Owls Den" is located under the backyard deck. Its a special man cave that is special for everyone to enjoy and relax. Constructed out of recycled barn materials it contains a couch, television, and beautifully crafted tables. Great place to enjoy a drink or a cigar.

It is the perfect location from . the city (NYC), but with the space of the suburbs. Lounge in one of the two living rooms, or entertain gusts in the spacious outdoors.
