Big house with a few failings
First of all, the house was very big and Greg was a very polite and responsable host. The communication with him has always been uncomplicated.
Unfortunately, the house was not that clean as we had expected.
There were still dirty dishes in the dishwasher and also in the cupboard as we arrived. Furthermore the oven and the fan looked very unappetizing.
Additionally, the furniture was a little old and a few things were broken (e.g. one of the chairs). The plugbar in the kitchen didn‘t work as well and we had a few problems getting hot water in the shower on second floor.
Due to an accident, the balcony was locked
so that we couldnt enjoy the view from there.
Besides being mentioned in the description, there is no whirlpool in the house.
The beds were comfortable und the wifi was great.
If you travel to Times square by bus, the ride will take about 30-40 minutes. Busses arrive right next to the house every few minutes.
All in all, there is a lot of space in this house but we think the cleanness and the furniture could be improved in some parts of the house.
