Great place to stay. Clean, a lot of sleeping accommodations and nice bathrooms. Kitchen and living area are very nice. Host was very easy to communicate with when needed. Though we needed nothing while at the house I knew from past communication she was very prompt.

Parking is tough, not much room. Garage very tight to get an bigger vehicle in. Not much in walking distance but easy to bet around by car. Other than that with 11 family members it was great.

I was in town for my son‘s wedding and stayed here with five other people. Mina’s home was wonderful. Lots of coffee pods, very clean kitchen and refrigerator, clean, soft bedding, kitchen, fully stocked with dishes, washer, dryer downstairs, and plenty of towels. The parking was wonderful because although it had a garage, there was a reserved space on the side of the home and you could park up on part of the driveway even further away from the street. Mina‘s communication was the best part of the whole experience. I couldn’t check in the day I said I was due to scheduling issues and she checked on me to make sure that I got in OK. Throughout the entire five nights stay, she kept in communication with me and was always available if I had a question. The location was two blocks away from a beautiful park located on the Hackensack River that had a walkway along the river, excellent Italian deli and breakfast places nearby, as well as a Dunkin’ Donuts down the road. If I ever come back to the New York/New Jersey area. I will absolutely stay here again. Although the home was located along busy, JOHN F Kennedy Boulevard, you could not hear any traffic inside the home. It also made it very convenient getting to the PATH station, which was only 15 minutes away. We used it several times to take the train into New York City.

We had a nice stay for a mini family reunion. The location gave us great access to NY City. The big couch in the front room allowed our family to all sit together and we had a great time. The owner was very responsive to any requests or needs.

Amazing Experience

The house (location and size) was perfect for what we needed. The house was immaculate on the inside. Very modern and spacious. Mina was an amazing host from booking to check-out. We will definitely be repeat renters.

We Love This House

Mina does a fantastic job with this house. This was our second stay here and intend to use it as often as it is available when we're staying in New Jersey. This was during Thanksgiving week and we had an amazing time having our family dinner there. Thank you, Mina!
