This condo fit our needs perfectly. We were a family of 9 adults in NYC to do all the sights and experiences we could in a week. We found this condo clean, nicely finished, roomy, with a large kitchen stocked well and bedrooms each with their own bathrooms. It is about a 15 minute walk to subway in a very safe neighborhood. Grocery store also about 15 minute walk. Bus stop is within a couple blocks of condo. Ying responded promptly to our questions and we had an excellent stay here. Highly recommend!

We rented this for one night on an overnight NYC trip for our Girl Scout troop. It was perfect for our needs! The space is laid out amazingly well, and everything is brand new. It was exceptionally clean and all linens were provided for us. The host was so incredibly gracious. They even moved their car from the driveway so that we could park there, and they were extremely responsive to requests. We wished we could have stayed longer! The location is close to a small walkable town shop area. I was able to walk to a bakery in the morning (0.4 miles away) and get bagels for everyone. The neighborhood felt very safe. We plan on booking again whenever we're back in the area!
