Super cute. Excellent communication when we had gotten in super late for check-in. Close to some amazing places to eat and the subway and bus are both right around the corner making getting around the city easy and convenient.

The location is perfect for exploring Manhattan, and has everything you need for a home base. It's basic but great value, a little noisy at night but nothing a white noise machine can't handle. We enjoyed our stay.

The house was exactly what was expected, nothing flashy or fancy but gets the job done and has great access to the subway. Could use some lamps or softer lighting in the bedrooms and cleanup of some of the shower equipment, but overall would stay again if we had a big enough group.

This cute apartment is secure with a code to enter the building and a code to enter the apartment. So close to the subway station and many restaurants and stores. Great for our girls trip!

Ethan had very nice property that was clean when we arrived. No issues were encountered with our stay. My friends and me had a great time in New York and this property was very close to a subway, allowing us to access New York hassle free.

This place is in a very suspect area. I travelling with 3 ladies and the area has a lot of homelessness. We ended up checking out. We never received our check in details and had to contact the host to receive once we were on our way to the property.It is about a 20 - 25 minute Uber from Times SquareWould not recommend for families

Unfortunately the host gave us the wrong address initially. This mattered because I pre booked an Uber to go to a black tie wedding. If I cancelled the Uber booking, the price almost doubled!! It was pouring when the Uber arrived a block away. We were soaked, but we dried. Check in time was 4 pm. We arrived at 4:15 pm and the room was just being cleaned. The cleaners were extremely kind, but we were exhausted after taking a red eye. We also had a dinner to get to. I understand not being able to check in early, but I expect to be able to have full access from 4 pm on. The beds were surprisingly comfortable.

Location was great, so much walking distance for a tourist. Bed wasn’t great in one room, pillows could use more to compensate, all in all it was great for the price and for what you need. They provided towels, hand soap, dish soap and utensils to cook with. Again one bed wasn’t the most comfortable, the noise you hear from the trash collector is a lot in the morning among other noises from the door slam and or the buzzer from the door but again for the price it’s a trade off

Host was so accommodating and friendly. Location was perfection with easy access to the subway and lots of restaurants and bars. We didn’t know but on Sunday there was a little street market around the corner. We loved our stay! Would definitely recommend it and stay there again if we are ever in the city again!
