Eche’s place was the perfect place for our New York weekend adventure and to experience Christmas in the city. We were able to Uber to and from downtown easily or could hop on the subway which is just a short walk away. The rooms are spacious, the beds were amazingly comfortable, and living room had plenty of seating and space for everyone to spread out. Eche was also super accommodating with storing our luggage before check in and after check out so we could enjoy a bit more of the city before heading home.

The unit was just perfect. It was very clean and very well organized. It had everything one would expect to find or need when staying away from home. Location was convenient to sites and transportation. Security was very good. Access and entrance were easy. All great. We all agreed we want to stay here the next time we visit NYC.

Eche was a wonderful host. We couldn't figure out how to get into the second door of the apartment and the first call he answered and stayed on the phone to make sure we got in. The place was very clean and had a homie feel. Only a 10 minute ride from LaGuardia and a few blocks away from the subway ( 8-10 minute walk) which made it easy to get to Manhattan. Four adults stayed here comfortably. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Fantastic spot!

We loved our stay! The property is open, light, well-equipped, super clean and comfortable. The only slight complaint I have is that the property was listed as 4 minutes from Columbia, but it took us at least 15 minutes by taxi/uber. Still, worth the trip. We really enjoyed our stay!

In the south side of The Bronx but still it was a great stay. listing was accurate, the apartment was clean and had plenty of space for the family. The living room was our favorite part for the family to hang out on down time, very comfortable. Theres a restaurant downstairs and you can hear the music on the weekends, but it did not bother us one bit. A quick walk to the verry convenient 6 train. There is plenty of food in the area and a convenience store on the corner. I would recommend and would rebook this place again.

We were very impressed with the size of the apartment so close to Manhattan. Super clean and tidy. Communication with the property manager was on point, great customer service. Apartment located in a busy neighborhood with shops and restaurants right on the street. Had the best time in NY, and the accommodations were a big part of it!

We over all had a great stay. The apartment was clean and exactly what the pictures look like online and Eche was very good and easy to communicate with. There was easy access to the subway to get to New York City. I recommend if staying with children not to take the subway at night and not walk the area at night either. We took a Lyft at night and the subway during the day. Was a great trip for our first time to New York with the family.

Perfect time, perfect home

In general, we were very pleased with everything in the house. It was a large house for 3 people. A large family can stay very comfortably. The kitchen and bathroom supplies made our holiday easier. There is no problem in the house. Only the stairs of the apartment made it difficult for us, but Eche sent a friend to help us with our luggage and the problem was solved. We will definitely come back on our next visit. The neighborhood also felt very safe, we did not have any problems. Thank you for your hospitality, see you again Eche.

This apartment is exactly as pictured-clean, bright, and spacious with modern furnishings. It also includes a bunch of useful and thoughtful amenities like individually wrapped slippers by the front door and toiletries. The extra boxes of tissues, napkins and paper towels were also very helpful. Eche was a GREAT host and was intentional in ensuring that our stay was going well the time we were there. Obviously, no one can control what happens outside but we did have one night of really loud music playing from a local restaurant that kept us up. I would encourage folks to bring ear plugs just in case. Other than that, my husband and I felt safe in the neighborhood. The subway station is close by which makes it convenient to get to places and there is a great barbecue restaurant just down the block. Definitely a gem of a place!!!

This is a lovely and comfortable apartment! It has a large, clean kitchen, a roomy living room, and very comfortable beds--we slept well. Entry was easy and the hosts were very responsive. There are many fun eating places nearby and a notebook of recommendations in the apartment. They even provide disposable slippers to keep the apartment clean. This would be a great place to stay for a week, but we didn't have that much time. We went to a fun Puerto Rican restaurant, Sobro, just a block away and had a marvelous meal and a really great ginger martini! More New York magic: As they say in the description, it's a third-floor walk-up, and we are old and inexperienced travelers with big suitcases. We were starting to lug them up the stairs, but a pizza delivery angel grabbed both our suitcases and carried them up for us! Our experience at this apartment was all good. The only things that could make it better would be to have friends or family with us and to get to stay longer.
