Tompkins avenue is filled with coffee shops, restaurants and cool boutiques, wine stores… it’s all here. From the house you can walk to the C subway at Fulton and Throop in under 10 minutes, or to the A train at Fulton and Nostrand which will get you to Manhattan in 4 stops.
