La Stube de Marinette is an authentic Alsatian house from 1793 where you will feel at home! Located 15 km south of Strasbourg, you can easily reach all over Alsace. With its 200 m2, it is ideal for groups of 8 people: come and relax with family or friends! This exceptional high-end property has been completely renovated and combines modernity and authenticity. With its friendly and warm atmosphere you will spend a dream vacation!

You and your tribe will be alone in this beautiful traditional house, its private garden and its 2 to 3 parking spaces in our courtyard.

Arrive serenely with us! No stress about arrival time! We live in the house next door and we can welcome you even at a late hour. Your beds are made on arrival and we can reserve a table for you in a good restaurant nearby.

Our rate is for 8 people, for the whole house (200 m2), the private garden, 3 parking spaces inside our courtyard, beds made on arrival and bath sheets provided.

We lived in this house and everything is functional, furnished and tastefully decorated with quality materials. The Stube de Marinette was renovated in 2014 (ground floor) and 2018 (1st), combining modernity with all household appliances and the charm of the old thanks to authentic Alsatian walnut furniture.

* 3 common rooms

- Kitchen
Our beautiful contemporary kitchen is fully equipped: oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric coffee maker, toaster, mixer etc. The kitchen has direct access to the garden: ideal for your BBQ! Basic products at your disposal as well as a "survival kit": still water, sparkling water, milk, orange juice, butter, eggs, pasta ... and crémant! Hopla! You're gilt!

- Dining room
It is undeniably one of the most of our house! You will spend good moments of conviviality, with friends or family, around the large table which can accommodate 8/10 people. This charming room contains superb family walnut furniture filled with history.

- Living room
It is the famous "stube", the home of the house, with its original wooden wall boxes and its ultra cozy decoration which delights all our guests: sofas, throws, cushions, lamb skins and the pellet stove will welcome you with open arms after your long wanderings in our beautiful region.

* 3 suites: each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet. Quality bedding, purchased in 2017 - 2018

- Suite 1: "Bredele"
Double bedroom with king size bed 180 * 200 cm and adjoining bathroom equipped with a large shower, WC, towel dryer, hair dryer, washing machine, dryer.

- Suite 2: "Quetsches"
Double bedroom with queen size bed 160 * 200 cm and adjoining bathroom (created 12/2018) equipped with a shower, WC, heated towel rail, hairdryer.

- Suite 3: "Kougelhopf"
Very large room of 40 m2 separated by exposed beams and curtains, thus offering two sleeping areas. 1 queen size bed of 160 * 200 cm and 2 single beds of 90 * 200 cm which can be put together to make a bed of 180 cm. Adjoining bathroom (created 12/2018) equipped with a double shower, separate WC, towel dryer, hair dryer.

* Private garden located at the back of the house and accessible from the courtyard or the kitchen. We provide garden furniture: chairs, table, deckchairs, parasol ... and the barbecue!

The Stube de Marinette is ideally located 15 km south of Strasbourg, between the Vosges, the Black Forest and Europapark.

Activities: Christmas markets, skiing, hiking, gastronomy, wine route, chateaux route, hiking and skiing in the Vosges or in the Black Forest, amusement parks (Europapark, Montagne des Singes, Cigoland etc.), Strasbourg, Colmar, Mulhouse, Caracalla thermal baths in Baden-Baden, Badeparadies in Titisee, museums ...
