With its 110 m² of living space, the cottage can accommodate up to 6 people. Check-in is from 4:00 PM, check-out is before 10:00 AM, and a mandatory cleaning fee applies. The ground floor comprises an entrance hall with a closet, a toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with a fireplace. These last two spaces open onto the terrace and the 300 m² private enclosed garden. Garden furniture and a barbecue are provided. Guests staying at the cottage have access to the grounds. Upstairs, you will find a spacious bathroom with a spa shower and toilet, and two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and a single bed (90 cm). The second bedroom has three single beds (90 cm). Each room offers storage and quality bedding.

It would be hard not to enjoy yourselves in such beautiful surroundings.  The gite is very comfortable and well equipped with everything needed to relax and recharge.  The village itself is quiet but lots of things to see within an hours drive.  Even though we enjoyed visiting all the sights, the best part of the day was returning to relax in the garden, listening to the birds and the (extremely vocal!) frogs.  We ate out on the patio every evening, followed by a walk around the grounds, the trees providing welcome shade from the heatwave. We can highly recommend and would be happy to come back when in the Loire region.

Paradijsje

Wat een schitterende en unieke locatie is dit, dat begint al als je aan komt rijden, met het chateau op de voorgrond en het doodlopende weggetje dat naar du Moulin gaat. Wij verbleven in de de gite de molenaarswoning, heel volledig ingericht en ontzettend schoon met een mooi eigen terras en tuin. Wat een rust en privacy heb je hier, je hoorde alleen het ruisende water, de vogels en de kikkers. We hebben mooie fietstochtjes en wandelingen gemaakt. De fietsten mochten we overigens in de schuur zetten. In Azay-sur-Indres zit op loopafstand een prima restaurant (Le Relais) waar we meerdere malen gebruik van hebben gemaakt, heerlijk eten en erg leuke eigenaren, wel van te voren reserveren. Wij huren al 17 jaar vakantiewoningen in Frankrijk, soms meerdere woningen per vakantie en we proberen altijd iets te vinden dat uniek of karakteristiek is en op een mooie locatie ligt. Ik mag wel zeggen dat deze locatie en woning volledig aan onze verwachtingen voldeed en toch wel tot onze top 3 hoort. Walter & Charlotte

Erholungszeit für Ruhesuchende

Wir genossen unseren Aufenthalt in diesem super eingerichteten Haus. Die Küche war top ausgestattet, das es wirklich Freude machte sich selbst zu verpflegen und die Mahlzeiten im Garten bei Vogelgezwitscher und Froschkonzert einzunehmen. Wir genossen es bei herrlichem Sonnenschein im Garten unter den Bäumen zu liegen. Das Haus und Garten bot viele gemütliche Ecken zum Verweilen. Es gibt in der Umgebung viele Orte zum Entdecken. Wir haben uns total wohlgefühlt und kommen sicher wieder. Sabine und Jean Luc vielen Dank für alles

Ruhige Oase zur Erholung von Körper und Geist.

Merci Mme et Mr Delwarte, Vielen Dank für die wunderbare Woche, die wir in ihrem sehr ruhigen und gemütlichen Ferienhaus verbringen durften. Wir haben die Ruhe und Gastfreundschaft genossen und uns jedes Mal gefreut, wenn die Katzen oder der Pfau vorbeigekommen sind. Die kurzen Anfahrtswege z.B. zu den Schlössern Chenonceau und Montresor waren prima. Vielen Dank auch für die Empfehlung des Restaurants La Promenade und vorallem des Naturschwimmbades in Loches. Letzteres hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir zweimal da waren. Liebe Grüße, Familie Scholz Merci Mme et Mr Delwarte, Merci pour la merveilleuse semaine que nous avons pu passer dans votre maison de vacances très calme et confortable. Nous avons apprécié la tranquillité et l'hospitalité et étions toujours heureux lorsque les chats ou le paon passaient. Les courts trajets vers les châteaux de Chenonceau et Montrésor, par exemple, étaient formidables. Merci d'avoir recommandé le restaurant La Promenade et surtout la piscine naturelle de Loches. Erholsamer Aufenthalt in schöner Umgebung

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Mühle bietet einen Ort der Ruhe und Erholung. Familie Delawarte sind angenehme und diskrete Gastgeber. Die zahlreichen schönen Schlösser liegen alle in guter Reichweite. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!
