Charming villa located on a very large plot of 3000 meters with private access overlooking a communal road to access in 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach. The house includes a living room, a dining room with fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with 1 bed 140x90cm, a bedroom with two beds 90x190 cm, a shower with toilet hanging. Outside, access to a building divided on one side into a second shower room, on the other a second fridge, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The rental also gives you access to a covered summer terrace of more than 20 square meters.
