About this property

New Listing. Waterfront 4 B/R, 3 bath, Townhouse. Sleeps 9. Just renovated.

Our beautifully renovated townhome offers four bedrooms & three full baths. We have a beautiful view of Lake Travis with a trail leading down a gentle sloping path to the small cove in front of the townhouse. Look for the deer while relaxing or dining on one of the 2 decks that have amazing views. The main level has a gas grill. The patio on the ground level has a barbecue pit for charcoal also.

The main floor has one bedroom with a king size bed, full bathroom, living room, kitchen and dining room . The living room has sofa, loveseat, and chair (All Reclining) The dining room offers seating for 6 with 4 barstools adjacent to table. Or dine on the balcony with seating for 4 and two additional chairs, all with cushions. The view is incredible.

The downstairs has 2 bedrooms. The larger bedroom has a king size bed with a twin bed and full bath , there is also a vanity outside of the bathroom. The other bedroom features a full sized bed.

The upstairs master suite has a king size bed, full bath, and sun deck with patio furniture to sit and enjoy the lake view with your coffee or wine.

All bedrooms have large dressers so you can unpack and feel right at home.

4 TVs (Living Room and 3 Bedrooms)

Cable TV with HBO and WiFi access with DVR;s We also offer ROKU TV"s so that you are able to access Netflix and other networks that you are a subscriber of. Bluetooth speaker. DVD player also available.

Fully equipped Kitchen with Keurig K-Cup coffee maker, cookware, dinnerware, toaster, microwave. Dining Room seats 6 and there are 4 barstools at the bar. Laundry nook is fully equipped with washer and dryer, ironing board and iron.

Guests will also have access to the Jr Olympic sized community swimming pool, tennis courts, fitness center, library, and 9 hole golf course.
There is also a marina for boat fuel , a small store and the Gnarly Gar floating restaurant. Watercraft rentals are available located at the marina also . The restaurant is open year round and offers live entertainment on most weekends. There is also a large private park with a boat ramp, grills, covered pavilion,and playground equipment.

Great Location

We came to Texas for our great nephew’s high school graduation. The townhouse is in a great location and had all the amenities we needed. We especially enjoyed sitting at the table on the deck at night watching the thunderstorm roll in.

Nice quiet property

We enjoyed our stay on Lake Travis. We were close enough to Austin to enjoy the city, but also felt like we were able to get away and enjoy a quiet relaxing trip.

Relaxing Vacation

The townhome was clean and had enough space for the six of us. We enjoyed the location and feeding the deer! The neighborhood was quiet and close to the marina. Jan was very responsive. Definitely enjoyed our stay.

Great place. Great location

We enjoyed staying at this property. The nine hole golf course was really fun. It was close to the Marina. There were several restaurants restaurants close by. We will definitely be back.

Great place for a weekend getaway

Jan was great with all of the information we needed. The place was equipped well, and was nice and clean. I’d definitely rent this place again! We had 9 of us between two families, and it was perfect! There is a keycard for entry to pickle ball courts, a pool, and beach access. Driving range in the neighborhood also. Lots to do!

Beautiful property and location

Our family very much enjoyed staying at this condo community. Beautiful view of lake Travis. The cove that you walk down to isn't the best for swimming but it's still nice. AC works wonders.

Family vacation

The accommodations were just what we needed for getting together with family in the area. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck watching the sunrises over the lake. The neighborhood was quiet and people were friendly. The unit had everything that we needed and the beds were very comfortable. Thank you for everything and would recommend this to anyone.

Peaceful and Relaxing Stay

Really enjoyed our week at Jan's property! Can't beat the proximity to the water. We were able to launch kayaks with a very short walk to the shore. All the room we needed, wifi and tvs worked great. We enjoyed watching the deer from the outdoor spaces, beds were super comfy and great pots and pans to use in the kitchen. We'd love to visit again! It is a bit of a drive into Austin and/or Marble Falls. Wasn't a challenge for us, but if you plan to spend a lot of time in Austin you will probably want to map this location out. Great for a relaxing lake stay!

Perfect spot

Clean clean clean, views views views, everything you need to cook (we cooked almost every meal for 8) large meals, plenty of seating, balcony was amazing with a ridiculously beautiful view. Architecture (maybe mid 60s) lended a cool vibe, while also being updated. The local beach was HUGE and had plenty to keep you busy. Close to pickle ball courts which was a blast, pool was nice and the neighborhood was full of families. Couldn’t have been any better or anymore restful. Thanks for opening your house to us!

Spring Break Getaway

We enjoyed a relaxing few days at this lake home. The property was spacious for our family and well maintained. The proximity to the tennis courts also suited us well. Our older kids spent many hours on them, while our younger kids enjoyed a couple of trips to the community playground. We enjoyed a meal at Captain Pete's on the water. It was a quick trip to hike at Balcones National Wildlife Preserve, and we drove into Austin for a day to visit friends and catch a UT Baseball game. Worked out great!

A wonderful place for our Family Gathering

The townhouse and the Point Venture area were perfect for our Family Gathering. Tennis courts just a few feet away, fitness center and an amazing pool (not to mention a lending library) nearby at the Clubhouse. Each floor of the townhouse (3 levels) had a deck overlooking the lake - beautiful views and lots of deer who came expecting to be fed. At night we sat out and could hear live music from the marina restaurant. The kitchen is wonderfully and nicely equipped with pots and pans, dishes, bowls, even storage containers for leftovers. There is one bedroom and bathroom on the main floor (a few steps up from the parking and a walkway to get in the door) but even that was difficult for our senior parents. Safety rails in the main floor bathroom would be a huge benefit. We would DEFINITELY stay here again. Jan was a wonderful and responsive host. What a wonderful retreat.

A Perfect Spot for a Total Eclipse

We rented this house to view the solar eclipse of April 8, 2024. I didn’t really take much time to study the area prior to booking since I was so concerned with finding a place where we’d be able to see totality. So when we arrived and discovered all the wonderful amenities in the area, we were delightfully surprised. The nearby park is great for kids and so is the pool in the complex. The gym is also better than most hotel gyms. And Captain Pete’s boathouse was a lot of fun to have dinner at. The property manager was great. She was very easy to communicate with and did an excellent job with instructions and check-in. The house itself was also fantastic for our party of 7. It’s got a really cool layout and plenty of space to spread out. We really enjoyed watching the local deer graze outside of our balcony and playing pickleball right next to our house. We highly recommend this place!

Family vacation

The house was good. There was alot of deer in the backyard in the morning. 10/10 service even though the Pool was closed. Overall everything was amazing and i recommend this house.

The renter was very attentive and responsive. The townhouse was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. We absolutely loved the views and the deer within the area were the icing on the cake!
