Condo was perfect for the 4 of us, nice size, very clean, and liked being on the ground floor. Good location, grocery store just down the road, close to old town and Botanical gardens.

Great location, great place

The condo is located in easy walking distance to old town Scottsdale. We found it to be very quiet. The patio with the automated shutters and screen were nice for mornings and evenings. The cookwake and dishes, etc, are all in great shape and nice to use (we coked in a lot).

Great space and location!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Place was really thoughtful with high end finishes and everything you need. Instructions/directions were clear. Love the little amenities in the bathroom in case you need them. Owners were very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Perfect location!

Perfect location for exploring all things Old Town! We loved how close the condo was to shopping, dining and our daughter’s apartment. It was also a great location for excursions into Tempe and downtown Phoenix. As for the condo itself, the kitchen was very well stocked for cooking and eating in, which we did quite a bit of. They also made very good use of the space with sleeping options. Lastly, our adult kids all loved how comfy the couch was. Would definitely stay here again

Great Accommodations

The stay was awesome. We had a few minor everyday issues. The property manager was a pleasure to deal with and got the owner to contact us ASAP. The owner looked at them right away and rectified where possible.

Spring training

Excellent, it had everything a person required and more to enjoy a stay. The kitchen was very well appointed, having everything necessary, appliances, cutlery, utensils and more. Beds were firm, lots of bedding and pillows. Lots of storage for clothes, ideal for long stay. Great access to groceries, excellent restaurants. Short walk to old town, centrally located to numerous spring training stadiums.

Wonderful Stay - November 2021

Our stay was fantastic, we loved the Condo and it's location. It is very updated and it's location within the Complex is great and the location of the Complex itself is great within Scottsdale. The patio was wonderful and it's nice and quiet at night and close to the Pool and Hot-tub which made it even better. It was easy to work with the owners, couldn't have asked for a better situation for what we were looking for. Hope to stay here again someday. Sincerely, Pat and Carol

Location is everything

Nice location. The unit was very good. Very well equipped. Grounds maintenance could be a little better but it was not bad considering maybe man power shortage. I was a 1st time VRBO customer and would use it again.

Very Impressed

The location of the condo could not be more perfect. Within walking distance to so much and ground unit with pool within steps of patio. Inside has updated furnishings and decor and owner/management includes a few k cups to get you started as well as toiletries in case you forgot anything. We will definitely be back.

Felt like home

My husband and I rented this condo for one month. It was just like home, just a smaller version, having everything we needed for our stay. Usually we have issues with kitchens not being stocked well with the needed accessories since we cook a lot over the month but this has it all. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and being able to walk to so many things. Great communication with property manager and owners throughout the entire booking process and during our stay. I will definitely book this property again if available.
