Calvi, in the heart of the pine forest charming and pleasant studio 38 mÂČ for 4 people (on the 3rd and last floor of a quiet residence with guardian year-round) located 300 meters from the beach.
Privative private parking and access to the beach fast on foot. Small balcony nice for breakfast.
All activities nearby: diving, jet-ski, tree climbing, tennis, etc ...
No need to use the vehicle given the proximity of shops, restaurants, downtown and the port (about 20 minutes walk on coastal path). Airport 4 km, Ferry 4 km and discover the only 75 km of coastline and beaches that offers Balagne, nothing easier with the train beaches!
Baptized "u trinichellu" is a gondola on rails, it offers the return trip Calvi-L'Ile-Rousse where a stop is scheduled at each beach ...

Un excellent séjour

Le logement est parfait pour une ou deux personnes, et surtout trĂšs bien situĂ© : tout proche de la plage et Ă  20 minutes Ă  pied de la citadelle. J'ai tout de mĂȘme louĂ© une voiture pour pouvoir explorer les villages perchĂ©s de Balagne, mais sinon, tout peut se faire Ă  pied (IntermarchĂ© Ă  5 minutes). Autres atouts : la prĂ©sence sur place d'un concierge trĂšs sympathique, une clim' dans le logement (avec 2 semaines de canicule, je l'ai vraiment apprĂ©ciĂ©e) et une rĂ©sidence que j'ai trouvĂ©e trĂšs calme (en juin en tout cas). Je recommande vivement ce logement !

TrÚs bel appartement idéalement placé

L’appartement est charmant et trĂšs propre ce qui est apprĂ©ciable ! La propriĂ©taire Nathalie a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs disponible, rĂ©active et Ă  l’écoute de nos besoins notamment pour nous permettre de faire dormir notre enfant de 2 ans confortablement. Plus globalement, la rĂ©sidence est calme et le gardien qui nous a accueilli est tout aussi disponible et bienveillant. L’appartement est idĂ©alement placĂ© proche d’une plage Ă  l’eau cristalline et sur le passage d’un petit train qui dessert d’autres plages. Je recommande fortement de traiter avec Nathalie pour votre rĂ©servation Ă  Calvi.

Super appartement

Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs agrĂ©able sĂ©jour dans ce joli petit appartement avec mon mari et mes 2 enfants. Le logement est refait Ă  neuf il est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©, trĂšs fonctionnel et decorĂ© avec beaucoup de goĂ»t. La rĂ©sidence est trĂšs bien entretenue, calme, trĂšs bien situĂ©e et Marco le gardien est trĂšs sympathique. Mes Ă©changes par messages avec Nathalie toujours au top. N’hĂ©sitez pas !

Super

TrÚs joli appartement bien agencé, propre, lumineux et bien situé. Calme et bénéficiant de tout le confort, climatisation, il est agréable d'y séjourner. Le parking est aisé, face à l'appartement, nous y retournerons avec plaisir.
