Large chalet rehabilitated in lodgings entirely equipped with taste in the heart of the mountain on a ground of 3000 m ² with private carpark.
The property is ideally located 5 minutes from Gourette facing the Via Ferrata of Siala and with the 360 ° mountain!
Many hikes are available to you, the Thermal baths of Eaux-Bonnes are also in 5mn and the ground also allows days "relaxation" with individual terrace in summer period.
The cottage "Le Valentin" consists of a living room with lounge with a new BZ 160, a TV, a DVD player.
The kitchen is equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer dryer, fridge freezer, filter coffee maker and Tassimo, kettle, teapot, toaster, raclette and fondue .. ..
The bathroom has a shower, a vanity unit, a towel dryer and toilet (+ hair dryer).
This cottage has a double room with bed 140 and dressing room and a night area bounded by a curtain with bunk bed 90.
The equipment also includes an ironing board and iron as well as all the necessary cleaning.
