In the heart of the residence "La Roseraie", 250 m from the beach and the city center. This luxury, modern and comfortable apartment is located close to all the activities and events organized by Cabourg. This bright 2 rooms is quiet, in a secure residence of Norman architecture, in a park.
The privileged situation allows to forget his vehicle to take full advantage of the seaside resort and its beach of more than 4 kms.

Lovely property close to shops

This is a lovely property in a safe and quiet neighborhood close to local shops, pastries, cafes, etc. Working with the property owner and manager was pleasant as well.

Lovely property

Lovely clean property, close to the beach and the town bars/ restaurants. Very well equipped. Very quiet , and nice to have safe off-road parking.

This is apartment is in a great position, 30 minute drive from Ouistreham, minutes walk from a beautiful family friendly beach and Main Street with plenty of places to eat and drink . Communication with Catherine before arriving was excellent and she met us as agreed at the property. Apartment is well equipped and comfortable

Great location for a break

This small but smart apartment is well equipped and very comfortable for a couple. It is only 5 minutes walk from the 3km long sandy beach and promenade and also in the other direction the main shopping and restaurant district. It’s on the second floor but there is a lift and the parking is tight but secure. We will be back!

Effectivement, l'appartement est proche de la mer et du centre ville Le parking n'est pas une place extérieure, c'est un parking couvert et fermé. Cela oblige une manœuvre mais est plus sécurisé.

Petit appartement très agréable d'une propreté irréprochable dans une résidence très calme et proche de toutes commodités. Me BOUTELOU qui nous a accueilli est une personne très professionnelle et très disponible. si je reviens à Cabourg je n'hésiterai pas à revenir dans cette location

Cabourg war in unserer Zeit ein Traum. Es war Erholung pur. Sehr schöner Strand, imposante Stadt und ein interessantes Hinterland. Gepaart mit eine ruhig gelegene und gut ausgestattete Wohnung waren die zwei Wochen ein voller Erfolg.

Je ne sais pas si vous avez vu qu'il y a même une partie congélateur pour les glaces. Après, nous sommes si proches des commerces et du marché que toute balade permet de faire ses courses.

Urlaub in Cabourg

Alles in allem eine schöne Wohnung, alles war so, wie beschrieben. Der Empfang war sehr nett, alles hat wunderbar geklappt. Cabourg ist eine netter Ort, Bäcker, Markt und andere Geschäfte sind schnell erreichbar. Der einzige Minuspunkt war eine zeitweilige Lärmbelästigung durch Bewohner der benachbarten Wohnung.

Es war ein Traum

Cabourg mit dem tollen Strand, der langen Promenade, den Restaurants und die schöne Kulisse der Häuser kannten wir schon. Dieses Jahr kam ein angenehmes Wetter und die zentrale Wohnung hinzu. Diese war schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Nähe zum Strand und den Geschäften bescherte uns einen perfekten Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank auch den Eigentümer und unserer Betreuung, die sehr bemüht waren.
