It was the perfect little spot for my husband and I. It was clean,welcoming. Hot tub was perfect temp. Will defiantly stay here again.

I chose this cabin for it's location to the fun part of Ruidoso. It tuned out to be so much better than I expected. It's in walking distance to all the popular shopping, pubs and restaurants. The cabin is clean and very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We would and probably will rent again.

Not fancy but cozy and perfect for 2 of us and our poodle. Just a few blocks to a lot a shops and restaurants. Quick downhill walk to the little river. Very clean with no weird smells. Kitchen had everything you need to prepare meals. Hot tub was excellent. Had two separate fences two keeps fur babies secure in the front and back yards. Comfortable furniture with large king size bed. TV with streaming apps if that is desired. WiFi worked well. Nice outdoor grill for cooking with separate burner.

Nice cozy cabin, great for a weekend getaway! Good area and nice update cabin. Grill in the back with hot soluble was very nice and clean. There was a broken piece of trim by the hotter which should be replaced as my wife tripped on it at night even with the light on. It it sharp and dangerous if not careful around it. Yard was very clean both front and back. FENCED IN so dogs cannot escape. Close to everything, stocked with amenities. Hist was very understanding on initial issue before checking but everything went smoothly. Checkout even smoother. Electronic lock so no key.Good vacation would go again.

No fireplace! Jacuzzi wasn't warm...or hot! No internet! Coffee maker missing parts! Too much money for so much wrong with the place!

Cute little cabin, great for dogs and their humans! It was actually very close to the Rio Ruidoso and downtown Ruidoso. The hot tub was a great feature. The cabin itself was in good condition and very neat. I met with Angie to get the paperwork and keys. She was very helpful and gave me some good tips for breakfast and accessing the river.

I can't imagine a more perfect cabin for my wife and I.

I can't imagine a more perfect cabin for my wife and I. Small with all the comforts of home without the 100 degree temps. This was the 4th time staying in this cabin and we will return! Every time we have stayed we have met the staff upon check-in. They have always been very friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home.

Relaxing and quite enjoyable. The mountains are truly the handiwork of God. The cabin was a perfect fit for us and felt like home for us. They were wonderful and truly made us feel welcomed. it was obviously important to them to meet our needs and expectations. Didn't make us feel rushed in any way. They are an asset to your business.

Wanted to rescind former comments about TV not working (no signal) as was told during check out if I had called on it they would have sent someone right over. Also DVD player not working. Come to find out it was the fault of my DVD and not the player. Check out was fast and easy and my deposit return was timely. Highly recommend this cabin. Everyone wants to go back, especially the kids. So accommodating and easy to work with.
