Residence 300 meters from the beach, 100 meters from all shops, in the RICHELIEU district. (Near Île des loisirs, Aqualand)

General conditions for arrivals on Saturday afternoon in July and August 2019
- until 03 August. from 14:30 to 19:00
- from Saturday 03 August to 24 August inclusive from 15:00 to 19:00.

Sunday arrivals hours: between 10 AM and 12 AM only.

The departures take place on Saturday morning: between 8:00 and 12:00.

The cleaning deposit will be requested upon arrival and will be returned at the exit check if the cleanliness of the accommodation is satisfactory. In the opposite case the cleaning deposit of 60 euros will be cashed by CAP CONCIERGERIE
A standard inventory provided by the concierge must be duly completed by you and your tenants in the apartment,

The apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay. A swimming pool and the beach just around the corner. It's a fun environment with plenty to do for both adults and children. Appartement trÚs bien situé car trÚs proche de la plage (environ 300 mÚtres). Dommage que pas d'accÚs à la piscine alors que d'autres résidences aux alentours avaient la piscine ouverte. Quand il fait trÚs chaud, les ventilateurs et la climatisation mobile ne suffisent pas (ne descend pas au dessous de 28 quand trop de chaleur). télévision qui captait trÚs mal, réfrigérateur qui ne fait pas assez de froid. Ménage limite avant notre arrivée. Points positifs: la place de parking privatif., l'emplacement par rapport à la plage, la modernité de l'appartement.
