Cozy, open concept loft in Historic Downtown Bristol VA/TN. Yep, 2 States-one state of mind! We are located in a Border Town -VA/TN and this loft over looks the Public Library and Blackbird Bakery. Come rest, relax & renew, then discover our great Downtown. Our loft is smartly appointed, just bring a change of clothes and explore our Twin Cites! Downtown Bristol is a vibrant place with lots of local restaurants, craft breweries, coffee shops, music venues & shopping. Come let us pamper you!

Our loft is located on the 2nd floor. Only 26 steps up to the Live Like Local Loft!


During the warmer weather there are several live music events, so there is a potential for noise. However, there is a city ordinance that all music must end at 11 pm.


This building is over 100 years old and we have beautifully restored it. You will find lots of charm with a modern flair! We have preserved the original brick walls in the loft. We have very high cleaning standards, but you may find the naturally occurring brick dust occasionally. In the loft you will find exposed beams in the ceiling and lots of character throughout the loft.


We have several fitness centers located close by that offer daily rates.

This was the cutest loft. The location was fantastic as you can walk to everything. It was clean, comfortable, decorated beautifully, and had everything you could ever need in the kitchen. Our host gave us a great deal of information to help with our stay, and there were snacks for us to enjoy. By far, one of the best stays we have had and we will definitely come back!

Great stay!

Clean and convenient for our trip to visit family. Kitchen had necessary cookware I needed to cook meals and some nice additions such as spice, bottled water and a coffee bar. Very beautiful place, just as pictured.

My husband and I had a fantastic time! The loft is gorgeous with brick walls, gorgeous ceiling and everything you could possibly want or need! The owner is super nice and responsive and had a sweet card waiting for me. Boutique in Bristol

A vacation from a vacation. My wife and I had just spent two weeks with the kids and grandkids doing the tourist things in the area. Going to Pigeon Forge & Dollywood.Had plans to fish but the lake was so low you could walk out to the middle of it. So after two weeks of vacation time with the kids, I said you want to see what's up in Bristol TN. since we have never been to the area. And the only thing that raised a bell with me was Talladega & Daytona.So I did a Vrbo search into Bristol and saw outstanding loft photo. And I can tell you what you see is what you get. A Hilton or Sheraton Suite has new furniture. The Boutique Bristol, opens its arm's and gives you a Hug. And the locations is excellent, it was fun to stroll up and down State St. and I went went into the meddle of the road and took my own Bristol Sign Photo as sun-set, and yes I did have a lookout... 1 to 10 , it's a #10 - Enjoy.

The attention to detail is amazing!

We couldn’t have been happier with this rental. It is beautifully furnished, and so comfortable! The bed, pillows and couch & chairs are very comfy. Every detail has been thought of. There are too many extra’s to mention, but they are in the bathroom, kitchen and living room. We also loved having the outdoor deck and used it for our happy hour. The location is right in the heart of downtown historic Bristol. Park your car and walk to everything. We always love when the door has a key code, so nice not to worry about keys. The owner obviously takes pride in her condo and she was a pleasure to deal with. No need to look any further, this is the place you want to rent.

Beautiful loft. Host goes above and beyond. Only reason I rated a 4 instead of 5 was because the beds were so soft neither my husband or I slept well. Figure it’s personal preference but outside of that, OUTSTANDING!

This has the be the coolest spot in Bristol It was our second visit and we love this loft! As long as we're young enough to climb the stairs, we'll keep coming back. Karen is the best and offered some great suggestions for local restaurants and activities.

Home away from home!

I traveled back to Bristol to be with family for a few days.Staying at the loft in downtown Bristol, reliving all those memories, was magical!This place is beautiful, clean, and a perfect getaway. Even being in the heart of downtown, the loft was quiet, cozy, and had all the amenities…plus some!I highly recommend this stay for a couple, a person on business, or just a wonderful place to getaway for a few days!Thank you to Karen and her team for making my trip great!

Fantastic!!

I felt like home the second I walked in the door. The condo was well-equipped. Everything I needed and more was there! The host was an absolute gem - I felt like I had so many questions and she was always so quick to respond. There was a handwritten welcome note on the counter… extra toiletries for anything forgotten… even umbrellas in case of rain (which we did need!). Everything was just so well thought out. The location was amazing. Just a quick walk around the building and you’re right there on Main Street with so many shops, bars, restaurants and things to do. We walked everywhere and loved every minute of it! We can’t wait to stay again.Thank you!!

My childhood bestie (of over 50 yrs) & I met up half way to stay at this incredible loft. It far exceeded any expectations with of us had! Our downtown is very walkable. The loft is located in the heart of historic downtown Bristol. If you have your own vehicle we have a dedicated parking space during your stay. There is also Uber/Lyft service. There are rental cars available at the airport. We have limited bus transportation downtown.
