Whether you like to golf, shop, or go to the beach (1 mile away), there is something to keep everyone happy. Myrtlewood is a nice, quiet family oriented area where you can get away from the craziness but still be a 5 minute drive from dining and attractions. Nice property. Very convenient

Nice bottom floor unit. Very near the pool behind the property. Master bedroom bed is in serious need of a new mattress. Almost unusable. Hope it gets replaced. This could have been a 5 star recommendation otherwise.

Loved the area..close to all the fun

We were in Myrtle Beach for the Cal Ripken Baseball Experience. The property was close to all the fun!!! The beach was a 5 minute drive and the community was beautiful and well maintained. The property was clean. It was well stocked with kitchen needs. new appliances, and a great washer and dryer. Communication with the owner was quick and she was responsive to any questions or needs. Only issue we had was the A/C stopped working our last day. The owner brought over fans until it could be repaired. Great place! We would for sure stay again!

Great location

This condo is spacious and clean. It has a great location, next to a pool and large grassy backyard with two grills. The master bed was very comfortable. The appliances are updated. The owner was quick to return a question I had. I would highly recommend this unit.

Wonderful overall

The property met and exceeded our expectations except for one (or 4) tiny little problem(s). We had an unwelcomed guest of cockroaches in the condo. Other than that, the location, size and accommodations far exceeded our needs. Thank you to Katie for the quick responses.
