Super Comfortable condo in center of Myrtle Beach

Summary:

Beautiful, Bright and comfy condo. Open space with a balcony beautiful view.

*2nd floor + elevator.

*located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, built around the Myrtlewood Golf Club, just off the bypass

*minutes from the beach and all main attractions!

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. *Condo sleeps up to 6 guests.

*PET OWNERS: Only fully trained pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. Please contact me for details.



The Space:

*2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Very spacious condo.

* 1 Queen bed, 2 twin beds and 1 pullout sofa in the living room.

* Washer and dryer available in the unit.

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. *Dining area open to living room.

*Large balcony with beautiful pool view.

*Sheets and linens provided. Free WiFi and cable TV available.

*Pets are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.



Guest Access:

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

*Access the pool with wristbands and pool fob (6 wristbands and 1 pool fob are placed in the kitchen drawer) All wristbands and fob must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband and $100 for pool fob.

*NO MAILBOX for this location.

*Washer/dryer available in the unit.

*Parking is free.

* motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises.

Beautiful quiet neighborhood, just a mile inland near the heart of Myrtle Beach, positioned around the golf course of Myrtlewood golf club. This location featured with BBQ areas, walking trails, beautiful landscaping. 10 minutes from airport, 5 minutes from Broadway at the beach, 5 minutes from the beach, 15 minutes from Market Commons, 1 minuet From golf course.

*Charging electrical vehicles is not allowed.

*Pool wristbands are counted after each stay.

*Please review my house rules.

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.

*NO MAILBOX for this location.

*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)

Condo in central Myrtle Beach

This property was awesome! We were so close to Broadway on the Beach and about 10-15 minutes from the beach, stores and restaurants. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay.

This is the perfect place to stay if you’re looking for a nice place near several of the main attractions in Myrtle Beach. The condo is great, the location is great, and I would 100% recommend it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location. It was extremely clean and very open spaced. The pool was close by, the trash takeout was close by and the parking was literally right out the front door. I will definitely be booking again.

The condo overall was clean and super cozy! Just the right amount of space for our traveling party of 6! The location was perfect, close to everything! Location was amazing for all of our needs. A small issue at arrival with a missing pool fob but the owner resolved it within 24 hrs. Loved the Pet friendly. Definitely bring extra paper products and if you plan on doing any cooking, bring spices.We drove in so planning ahead payed off. Would definitely stay there again wonderful experience.

The condo was super clean and very nice. We would recommend highly if you are looking to save a few bucks on your beach vacation. It is within 8 minutes of the beach and half the price of beachfront. Broadway at the Beach is within 10 minutes as well. The owner is very responsive and very friendly.

Nice vacation stay!

Very nice vacation! This property and the manager, Emily was awesome. The only thing was North Myrtle Beach was a MUCH cleaner section of beach. It’s about a 20-30 min drive depending on traffic. But the property itself was amazing. You couldn’t ask for a cleaner, nicer place to stay with your family!

2024 Vacation

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. Right in the middle of all the action and easy to get to all thee attractions. My only gripe would be the washer and the dishwasher are a little on the squeaky side when running. Along with a wobbly towel holder(which Im sure will be fixed). Other that that I would definitely recommend staying here.

Good stay for the winter

A nice condo, with the added plus of an elevator. All of the other snowbirds we met from Magnolia Place area had to use stairs for several floors . We had 2 minor issues with the plumbing. Each time there was a maintenance man there to fix the faucet and sink within hours. The area is excellent. Safe, quiet. Dogs allowed with all owners being responsible with the care and pick up of their pups. We did have to purchase stainless steel cooking utensils, I am not a fan of Teflon. But we were there as snowbirds so cooked most meals.
