Summary:

Beautiful, Warm and cozy condo. Open space with a balcony and amazing pool view. Located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, built around the Myrtlewood Golf Club, just off the bypass.

*3rd floor (must climb stairs)

*minutes from the beach and all main attractions!

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. *Condo sleeps up to 6 guests.

*PET OWNERS: Only fully trained pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. Please contact me for details.



The Space:

*2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms

* 1 king, 1 queen beds and pullout sofa in the living room. Very spacious condo.

*Washer and dryer available in the unit.

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. *Dining area open to living room.

*Large balcony with beautiful pool view.

*Sheets and linens provided.

*Free WiFi and cable TV available.

*Pets are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.



Guest Access:

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

* Pool entry with red access key card only. You can find the key card in the kitchen drawer. (Key is photographed before each check in) please Keep the card in a safe with you and do not pass it to other people. Please make sure to return the key card to the kitchen drawer before checking out. There is a $100 charge for lost/broken key card.

*NO MAILBOX for this location. Host is not responsible for any mail or packages delivery.

*Washer/dryer available in the unit.

*Parking is free.

* motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises.



Other Things to Note:

*Charging electrical vehicles is not allowed.

*Must climb stairs.

*Pool fob and bracelets is photographed before each check in.

*Please review my house rules.

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.

*NO MAILBOX for this location.

*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)

*condo is inspected prior to your arrival to make sure all is clean and working properly. please contact me immediately for any questions or concerns.

The property is pet friendly and people seemed to be respectful of picking up after their dogs. Having the repository and poop bags available was very helpful. The location was ideal for the many things we wanted to do. We stayed for two months and found that the unit was not ideally set up for extended stays but we were able to make a couple runs to Goodwill for those items we needed. The property manager was quick to respond to our mechanical problems; however the unit is due for tile work and windows are extremely difficult to move up and down. I provided a list of things the owner may want to improve and the property manager said she was going to send someone in to work on those items. Overall, a safe and conveniently located unit. We are planning to return next year, but to a first floor unit.
