Awesome condo at Magnolia Place Myrtle Beach

Summary:

Beautiful, Warm and cozy condo. Open space with a balcony and amazing pool view.

* 2nd floor (must climb stairs)

* located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, built around the Myrtlewood Golf Club, just off the bypass, minuets from the beach and all main attractions!

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. Condo sleeps up to 6 guests.

*PET OWNERS: Only fully trained pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. Please contact me for details.



The Space:

*2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Very spacious condo.

*1 Queen bed, 2 twin beds and 1 pullout sofa in the living room.

*Washer and dryer available in the unit.

Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics (condiments are not included).

* Dining area open to living room.

*Large balcony with beautiful pool view.

*Sheets and linens provided. Free WiFi and cable TV available.

*Pets are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you. Pet fee is $75 per pet.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.



Guest Access:

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

*No mailbox for this location.

*Access the pool with wristbands and pool fob (6 wristbands and 1 pool fob are placed in the kitchen drawer) All wristbands and fob must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband and $100 for pool fob)

*Washer and dryer is available in the unit.

*Parking is free.

*motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises.



The Neighborhood:

Beautiful quiet neighborhood, just a mile inland near the heart of Myrtle Beach, positioned around the golf course of Myrtlewood golf club. This location featured with BBQ areas, walking trails, beautiful landscaping. Only few minutes away from the beach, Broadway at the Beach, the mall, airport, convention center, wax museum, lots of restaurants, outlets and night clubs.

10 minutes from airport, 5 minutes from Broadway at the beach, 5 minutes from the beach, 15 minutes from Market Commons, 1 minuet From golf course.

Other Things to Note:

*Must climb stairs.

*Pool wristbands are counted after each stay.

*Please review my house rules.

*No mailbox for this location.

*Charging electrical vehicles is not allowed.

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.

*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)
