This fully remodeled and updated condo is waiting for you…..Welcome to Casa de Descanso- From the Spanish words “house of rest”, this condo offers the finest experience to its guests. Relax and enjoy all that the desert and our private community has to offer! This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom (1,177 SF) condo is located behind the secure gates of the Palm Desert Resort! The popular Vintage model is a split floorplan-2 equal-sized bedrooms each with Cal King beds that are attached by a central living room. Each bedroom and the living room have access to the spacious patio, perfect for morning coffee or evening meals. Casa de Descanso boasts a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, garage parking, plush linens and towels, hi-speed internet, in-unit washer/dryer, propane BBQ, FIOS TV in each room and a home office printer. The master bedroom has a sleep number bed ensuring a perfect night's sleep. Enjoy using the 2 beach cruiser bikes that are provided. The condo is situated on the golf course with north-facing mountain & sunset views!

Pickleball open-The pickleball and tennis courts are privately owned and require a weekly membership to use. Use fees are approximately $50 per week and $100 per month per guest. Please reach out to the host regarding the additional benefits these fees include.

Nice Winter Getaway

Beautiful home that is centrally located in and around Palm Springs. The condo was well stocked on all essentials needed and more than most other places often provide. Very comfortable home. Condo has a nice view of the golf greens and there are several pools in the community to enjoy, as well as places to walk. Overall, a nice stay. Only downside was the noise of the busy roads nearby that made sleeping tough, so would recommend ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Thanks for the winter getaway!

A buddy and I stayed at this condo for a quick golf trip. It is exceptionally clean, nicely decorated, and Michelle was great to deal with. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks Michelle!

Great Getaway in the Desert

Michele's home is the perfect place for your getaway! Centrally located between LaQuinta and Palm Springs, it's an easy 25 minute drive to either place. Lots of options for dining or fully stocked kitchen to cook or BBQ outside. We stayed a week over Thanksgiving and enjoyed the HUGE patio outside sitting under the gas heater watching the golfers or the stars. We also used the nearest pool 4 times. There are 20 pools in complex and we were told that all of them are heated to 82 degrees. If there was one very small negative, I would say the traffic and the train noise. There were 4 of us and I was the only one bothered by it. I live in Chicago by O'Hare and am used to traffic so when I get away, I like peace and quite. The other 3 thought I was nuts...had to mention it though! We were outside very early in the morning due to the time change and it was rush hour. Otherwise, HIGHLY recommend.
